I stared at her timidly, for she was the most beautiful young woman I had ever laid eyes on. At the age of seventeen she was of medium height, she was slender with a tiny waist along with a curvy voluptuous figure, she had fair complexion, a pink provocative plump lips with a mole at the top left corner of her mouth, her hands and arms are surpassing beauty, with almond shaped electric blue eyes with beautiful lashes, defined nose and a train of long auburn hair.

The gown she was wearing was scandalous yet elegant in its nature, the sheer lavender colored lace gown left no details to her curbs , she is sheer delight and would so be my wife and mother to my Empire. What will she do when she realized I had a mistress, Anna won't back down easily but she should, Kenna would be my Empress after all its only fair Anna knew her place and that was beneath my future wife.

Kenna was busy giggling about something her ladies said and she looked ravishing. As custom demands I must be the first to dance, I walked closer to Kenna and asked her to dance with me . She was dumbfounded but alas she didn't turn me down.

I thought she would push me away but she didn't, instead she gave me her hand and I pulled her to the center of the ballroom, the music started slowly as I reached out to her , we danced slowly to the sultry music , she was good , she knew her steps and I couldn't stop staring at those ocean eyes, to my amazement she stared back at me with the same intensity and I loved it , she wasn't weak and I can sense her defiance, she was proud and the first woman to be immune to my charms nonetheless she would be mine .
I leaned closer to her ear ,"you look beautiful your highness, you took my breath away the moment you walked into this place." She scoffed and looked me dead in the eye .

" Don't think flattering will make me forget the stunt you pulled yesterday."
Aaa... she is still upset about it , I didn't expect to be drown to her when u first saw her , my breath hitched in my throat and I knew I desired her , but I couldn't show it or people will exploit my feelings for her so I had to be rude to her to send I message.
"I didn't think you would be affected by it , since you never wanted to marry me in the first place."
I had spies in her kingdom who reported back everything she does to me .
" How did you know that ?"she was annoyed as she was stunned .
" I have my ways princess ",now am taunting her.
"Where you spying on me ?."did she just caught up now ?.
"I needed to know who my future bride was ." Really that's the lamest excuse ever but I didn't want her to know my true intentions.
"So you don't deny it ?."
"Believe me , I did it because my mother and advisors wouldn't pick a random princess to be my Empress unless you had something to benefit me so I had to to find out what it was ."
"So did you find it ? ... what I had that you are coerced to marry me ?"now she's angry.
"Nothing at all except your beauty and unwillingness to stay here ."that was true too .
"I still desire to leave "she can be tough that's how I liked my women.
"But you are stuck with me , you are mine to keep for all time ."Because I wouldn't let you go back even though the thought had crossed my mind multiple times.
" I belong to no one except myself."she huffed .
"You belong to me forever."
And the music ended , I left her dumbfounded as I made my way to the balcony. She doesn't want to be with me but I'll keep her around to spite her more till  I find a way to break off this engagement, this will end badly if we don't have affection for each other , I would be lying if I said I am not attracted to her.
She is beautiful and smart a fine qualities of an Empress ,
"What are doing here out alone away from your betroth ?"
"What do you want Tristan?"he's back to annoy me

"I want to know what's bothering you , we are best friends remember?"
"Am okay just a little bit overwhelmed."
"Is it the alliance between Maldonia and Canvor ?"
"Not really , I can't marry her , she would be unhappy here with me ."
"You like her don't You  ?"
"Well I don't hate her either "
"Don't worry everything would be fine "
I walked back to the ball to see Kenna laughing at something a blonde man was saying . I felt jealous, she doesn't smile to me at all but this guy seems to make her happy . Does she love him? , or  are they romantically involved? , my Anna must have sense my uneasiness she approached me  and handed me a glass of wine . I couldn't stop staring at them , Kenna stole a glance from me and I held Anna's hand as we left the ballroom . I took her to my chambers and had my way with her .

I woke up with Anna naked in my arms , her head on my chest , I pushed her off me as I got up from the bed and I went to freshen up before breakfast. I saw Kenna talking with my mother busily discussing something, they were behaving like a mother and daughter , my mother was sad when she lost my twin sister Nina , it looks like she had found a replacement.
"Son good of you to join us , I was telling Kenna here that you a good with swordsmanship and archery"
Kenna turned to watch me with her enchanting eyes.

"I hope you can teach me archery sometime." She asked with her soft seductive voice.
"Can you teach her ?, it will make me happy if you did " my mother murmured.
"I'll teach you tomorrow noon at the royal pits , don't be late ."What is she up to now .

"I'll wouldn't dream of it my prince."
I picked  an apple from my plate and took a bite before I left them. I went to the stables and took my  horse for a ride . I went to the royal forest to hunt for wild boars I need to clear my head and make a decision once and for all , whether to marry Kenna or break the alliance?. My wedding is in two weeks time , I hope to come to an agreement soon before it is too late . I can't deny the possibility of wanting Kenna to stay with me , the little princess is slowly creeping into my head with her innocence.
