"You want to do what?" Mark asked over the phone.

I roll my eyes as I was walking into school. "I'm at school, I'll see you later." I hung up before he could say anything else.

I walk through the halls and down to my locker. It felt like I haven't been here in a while, but I was here yesterday. I grabbed my book out of my locker then turned around to see Momo making her way towards me.

She slightly smiled when she saw me, and it just didn't feel the same anymore. We've been extremely distance, and I blame myself for that shit. I've been caught up with Sana so much, and I'm still lying to my friends about my life.

Momo isn't taking it so well.

"Hi." She stopped in front of me.

I slightly smile. "Hey, Momo." I said as I watched her for a moment. "How are you?" I ask.

"I'm good." She shrugs. "How are you?"

I shrug back. "I'm pretty good. Where's Jack?"

"He's busy with work." She sighs. "I miss you."

I stare at her for a moment. "I miss you too, Momo."

"Then what happened to us?" She asked. "Why haven't we been hanging out at school or talking like we usually do? Jackson and I aren't that busy anymore, but it seems like you are." She stared at me and it hurt to have to lie to her.

I shrug. "I have been doing a lot of shit after school, and it's been taking time away from everything."

"What things are you doing?" She questioned.

I look somewhere else for a moment. "Just things, Momo. Don't worry about it." I slightly smile at her.

"We're still friends, right?" She asked.

I chuckle. "Yes, Momo. We're best friends."

She smiles and I couldn't help but throw my arm over her shoulder as we started walking. "Oh my goodness, you're actually touching me." She looks over at me and I start laughing.

Throughout the whole time before the first bell rung, we talked and laughed. It felt good to talk to her and be around Momo again. I miss her, and I definitely need to start hanging out with her and Jackson.

As the first bell rung, we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways. I didn't want to go to first period, but I didn't have an excuse to skip this time. I really wanted to try not to screw over my record anymore, so I'm going to have to stick it out.

Around lunch time, me, Jackson and Momo all sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine and talked like we haven't missed a beat. It was great to be around them after all this time, and it really makes me miss them when they are away.

"So, what are you doing after school?" Jackson asks.

I shrug. "Probably-"

"She has business to take care of." Momo smiles and that makes me look at her oddly.

Jackson looks over at her. "What business?"
