Reunited

Chapter 4

When I woke up, it was around 1. I got up and looked around but I didn't see the boys. 

"Hello?" I called out. There was no response. I walked over to the window to see where we were at. McDonald's. No surprise there. I quickly went over and changed into some jean shorts and a hot pink tank top before walking into McDonald's and finding the very loud boys. I walked over and sat down and silence stilled the scene. 

"Hello." I calmly stated. They all looked up at me. 

"Well, I am going to go get some food for myself." I walked over and ordered my food before sitting down with my order. 2 Big Macs, large fries, a large rootbeer, and an Oreo McFlurry. As I opened up my boxes of Big Mac's the boys stared at me in Awe. 

"Would you like to take a picture? Im sure staring at that would be less creepy than staring at me." I snapped at them and they all looked away and went back to eating their food. After I had finished all of my food. Which I ate every last bit. We all started talking. 

"I can't believe you just ate that all." Zayn laughed and I smiled. 

"I guess I just have a big appetite." I chuckled. 

"You know how unhealthy all that food is. You basically just ate all of your calories for the day." Liam started ranting but I ignored him. 

"What time is the concert tonight?" I changed the subject. 

"6:30." Paul answered for me. I hadn't noticed him till now. 

"Thanks." I smiled before throwing away my trash and starting to walk out the door. I was surprised how empty this McDonald's was. 

"Where are you going?" Niall rushed. 

"Anywhere but here." I rolled my eyes before walking out the door. I started walking down the street. I didn't know where I was going, but I was just walking away.  I plugged my headphones into my IPhone and turned my music on. I was walking around downtown when I saw in a city hall they had, they were having a karaoke match. Who ever could bring in the most people, would help donate the most money to the Children's Hospital. It cost $5 to get a seat and $10 to enter. I have to do this I thought.  For the kids, if I bring in a lot of money, they might be able to help them. I shook my head away from all the thoughts and walked towards the door. I pulled my black Ray Bans and put my hair up into a high pony tail. I walked up to the door and pulled out my wallet. 

"Hi, may I help you?" The lady at the door smiled. 

"I would like to enter." I smiled back at her before handing her $10. She nodded her head and took the money. 

"Okay, thank you so much. Your entry number is 13, you have maybe three or four contestants in front of you. Good luck!" 

"Thanks so much!" I walked through the doors and took a look around. There wasn't many people, a good amount. The room was HUGE! It could easily hold over 200. The song that was playing was Tik Tok by Kesha, some younger girl was singing. It was cute, she wasn't that bad either. I sat down and watched the next contestants. I hadn't realized it was my number when they called out 13. I jumped to my feet and ran over to the stage. 

"Hello what is your name dear?" The man on the stage held the microphone up to me awaiting my answer.

"KD." I chuckled. 

"Have a last name dear?" He laughed

"Krane, Sorry, May I just sing now? It is for the children right?" I smiled and he nodded his head. 

"Someone is quite eager! What song will you sing?" 

"Kiss Me by Ed Sheeran." He signaled something to the sound crew before wishing me good luck, handing me the mic, and walking of stage. The beginning of the song started with the guitar and I felt excitement jitter through me. I started singing when the lyrics came in.
