"Y/N, Have you heard?" Your bestfriend raced up to you through the crowd of gathering villagers as a messenger from the castle stepped into the town podium.
"Shh, let me hear this." You quieted her as the man stepped on stage and cleared his throat looking down at the scroll in his hands.
"I'm am hear in the name of our Queen, She has addressed a message to the free maidens of the land."
You rolled your eyes as all the guys in the crowd started to leave, clearing a space for everyone to step closer to the podium. You following as you took a couple steps closer.
"Tommorow Our dear prince, Jeon Jungkook will have the difficult task of selecting his wife. Our Queen would like every virgin maiden of the land to attend a maiden ball on behalf of his highness and be present in formal clothing, failure to appear may have consequences." The man finished before all the girls started gossiping to eachother in excitement.
"Like I was about to say, The prince will be choosing a wife." Your friend finished her sentence as you looked at her questionably.
"And how did you know that? Hm?"
"I have my ways." She chuckled as she took your arm and walked towards your house.
"Now we have alot of planning to do."
