Flashback continues.....
Y/N's POV

Our group gathered in the quadrangle as our principal addressed the excited crowd. We all were then handed out our class schedules. I noticed that we all had same classes as we all were interested in martial arts and Hoplology (study of weapons).

Strange right?

I mean what kind of teenagers have interest in guns and bombs.

I don't know but I just feel connected to all these weapons. And not only me but all my friends have same interests as me.

We all like destructive things.

Not only this but we all have a strange affinity for............blood?

A lot of people think that we are different and we are. Some say we are vampires,some say werewolves but according to me vampires don't exist.

Do they?

A sudden jolt broke me out of my trance as Taehyung slings his arm around me.

"Earth to Y/N! Where is your mind?" Taehyung asks.

"Nothing just thinking if people would think we are weird in this school too." I say and sigh.

"We are not weird, we are unique. We have interests that are different from others. It's not our fault and besides that just makes us distinct from others!" Jimin chimes in.

"I know! So,what is our first class?" I ask.

"It's athletics." Yoongi says in a monotone.

"That's my jam!" Jungkook smiles confidently.

"We'll see." I scoff.

Not gonna brag but I am exceptionally good at athletics. I could run and jump better than any of the girl or boy in our previous school. Let's see if I can find anyone of my competition in this school.

We all change into our sport outfits and assemble in the field as the coach blows the whistle.

"Everyone take your positions on the race tracks after doing a fifteen minute warmup." The coach instructs.

"Hey Y/N think you can beat me in race?" Jin smirks.

"Ha! You wish. Just wait and watch how I kick your ass." I reply.

We all take our positions on the track after the warmups.

"Athletes! Ready!Set!Go!" The coach blows the whistle as we sprint off.

I take the lead as I see Jungkook and Jin gaining behind me but to my surprise I see another guy just beside me running fast and moving ahead of me.

No! I will not let anyone break my streak of winning at athletes.

I grit my teeth as I as race ahead of the guy as my legs start to burn.

I see the finish line ahead of me and race across it smiling at my victory.

The rest of the Bangtan also finished after me gasping and panting.

A look around me to find the guy from earlier and appreciate him for his skills but freeze as I spot him laying at the finish line holding his knee which was bleeding profusely.

Immediately my body begins feeling hungry as I start to lose control.

What the hell is happening?

I look at my friends only to notice that they also were facing the same hunger and lick their lips.

Control Y/N.....

I look away from the bleeding guy and shake all of my friends to make them come back to reality.

They all jolt a little as they return to normal.

We all look at each other flabbergasted as we try to evaluate why did our bodies lost control easily this time.

We all felt this hunger a lot of times before too but our bodies never reacted this way.

As we all stared at each other as we saw a glint of red colour in our eyes.

What is happening?!

I take deep breaths in order to calm myself and gesture others to get moving to our next class.

AFTER SCHOOL

Relief washes over us as we hear the school bell signalling the departure. Our group was oddly quiet after the 'incident'.

We take our backpacks and start to head towards our respective homes.

But we never reach our homes as a group of people with black hoodies forcefully kidnap us before everything blacks out.
