Y/C's Chance To Possibly Duet With Him At A Concert

Y/C had always loved to sing rock music and were a major fan of a solo rockstar nicknamed "Dark After Midnight". Of course, Y/C didn't know that the singer that went by that nickname was actually Piers since Y/C didn't know that singer's actual name. Y/C didn't even know that Piers was actually a rockstar since well, Y/C had never seen the fact that Piers had a stage in Spikemuth. In fact, Y/C hardly even knew Piers since the only time Y/C had met Piers was when Y/C challenged Piers's Gym, which at the time had been temporarily relocated to somewhere else because Piers's actual Gym area was getting repairs at the time so Y/C never got to see Piers's actual Gym area. However, Y/C has never been to any of Dark After Midnight's concerts due to the fact those concerts sold out so damn fast to the point that you would have to sometimes buy tickets a year ahead of time but they were incredibly pricy. Of course, Y/C had always been hoping that one day, Dark After Midnight would consider forming a band or at least be looking for someone to Duet with at concerts from now on. Since well, if Dark After Midnight ever looked for someone to at least duet with, that could be Y/C's major chance to get to be able to sing with Dark After Midnight or to at least be able to audition to sing with him.

So of course, Y/C always kept their hopes up that Dark After Midnight would post a social media update saying they were looking for someone to sing with them. Y/C would check Dark After Midnight's social media page almost every day in hopes he'd post something about wanting someone to duet with. And since Dark After Midnight never posted any selfies or any pictures that hinted at who he was, Y/C had no way of recognizing that the singer was Piers. And one day, to Y/C's surprise, Dark After Midnight did finally make a post saying he was looking for someone to duet with and that if anyone was interested, for them to dm him for further details about setting up a possible meetup time for an audition to see if he thinks they'd be a good person to duet with. Of course, he'd split the ticket sales profits evenly with whoever he chose to duet with so that it was fair. But when Y/C saw that post, that was like the best day ever for them. So of course, Y/C planned to dm Dark After Midnight to see about setting up a time for them to meet in person so Y/C could audition to see if they could do a possible duet for singing songs that ranged from Alternative Rock to sometimes but rarely Death Metal. So when it came time to meet in person, how would Y/C react to the fact that Piers was none other than that extremely famous rockstar known as Dark After Midnight?
