Who they are?
As the above line notifies, they are the face of the community! A person feels more intrigued by the book when the face of the book attracts him/her, believe it not we do judge a book by its cover. Take your example, before clicking on the 'read' button some of you might have studied the cover made by our Graphic Designer, (awesomeshivu) and some will study after reading this.
