Before I decided to move into the apartment, I met Logan, it was at a close cafe and he kinda.... interviewed me?
"So....how good do you get along with people?" He asked.
"Um...I don't really talk to people unless I have too, or having a conversation about something exceptional...." I really don't understand this, but I don't care at the same time.
"Okay, have you ever lived with roommates before?"
"Not really."
"How do you feel about.... supernatural activities?"
I just blankly starred at him.
"It's interesting I guess, I mean...I don't really know how to feel about it. Though I can predict that if I encounter something magical, I can promise you I won't react in a way most people would think." I answered, as I sipped my water. Honestly, I think I forgot the meaning of feelings like the doctor said. Though how am I supposed to feel surprised by such a question when supernatural things have always been in my life.
It was a silences as he seem to be writing something down, I don't know why but I guess I wanted to look for something to talk about, than just sit in silence. So I faked curiosity. "How are the others like?...."
He peaked from his journal, I could tell he didn't expect me to ask a question.
"Well I guess you could say they're all interesting fellows....Patton is like the father of the group, he is very co-dependent. Roman is a little exaggerative, but he is easily likeable, Virgil is quite just like you, but has a sarcastic side, and I believe I am the smart logical side of the group." He answered.
"Interesting dynamic..." I said sipping my drink. 'its seems I'll be okay.'
With that a stood up. "Apologies Logan to leave so soon, but....I gotta make sure my stuff is going to get here safely."
"Can I have your number?" Logan asked. "In case I need to make a call for if things aren't ready." I nodded before writing down my phone number and giving it to him.
When I was leaving the coffee shop, I don't know....but 'Logan' gives me such a interesting energy about it. I could feel coldness coming off of him, but something else I couldn't describe....
