Pleasant like white clouds in the tranquil blue sky
Furious like a scarlet spark raging through the ashes refusing to die.
Fallen for each other when their eyes met,
Too far to reach so the wind carried their melodies instead. Why do you like me? A question arose from the blue heart.
You feel calm as a lake yet wild as a sea
A Ruler you are and the one I want to be.
Why do you like me? A question followed back.
You burn in divinity like the sun so wild and free
A Warrior you are and everything I want to be.Will we ever meet? A song of grief played the wind
Ages of trials but the embers of fire couldn't fly; it couldn't win.
Can't we be together? ain't no zephyr that could carry down this torment
It's the blue that tried then; desperate to make it happen.Heavy was its heart turning the cotton clouds into pitch-black
Unbearable it let out the sadness; furious like never before, furious like the one it longs for.
Thunderbolts and lightning struck out everywhere
And at last, it danced down; cold and quick, and as hard as rain. But that long-awaited night died in vain
As the forbidden love lost its fight on that lonely mountain,
'Cuz when the unrestrained rain met the golden flame
There left nothing to burn, just the darkness and pain. The despair rose as ire; seeing its love at lose of fire
And it cried in loud anguish that the world has never heard before.
Like a hurricane, it howled for the rest of the night
Ain't no use, there left nothing on the potter's field to fight.Seasons passed while ashes remain dead but not the hope.
Will you not rise again, my worrier, my abiding hope?
One moment in time, When the darkness lifted its White Emperor to skies
From the stygian ashes, a golden flare ascended and gleamed in the blue eyes.Unsure, the blue stared at the landscape so scenic
And it rose again, as a divine creature; a phoenix.
Fighting the night, it flew up like a burning braveness gashing to height
The weep of joy is unrestrained at that yearning sight. One more time in time it poured, still dubious of the consequences and yet it tried
The burning bird slowed down halfway when its blazing wings and the waters collide.
Letting its souls get socked, on the Redwoods it stood as they cried the mystical tears of satisfaction
While the heavenly moon remained as the only witness for the moment of ethereal affection.-Laxmi Bhargavi Golla.
