A month has passed since I've joined the prestigious Host Club of Ouran Academy. It's been a lot of fun! At first, In thought it would be boring, but I was wrong, and excited for our next event, the annual ball. The only thing that worries me was getting a dress.
I could look at dresses all day, but getting one is another challenge completely. Don't even bother with the fact that I don't particularity enjoy dresses. I don't have that type of money though, so I'm hoping a miracle will happen.
Finishing the last song of the day, I was once again glomped by Tamaki, and almost fell to the floor. Previously, I always fell to the floor, so I considered this an accomplishment.
"My daughter that was so beautiful, your so adorable!" He exclaimed.
I sighed. "Go away," I stated blandly.
He relocated himself to his emo corner, growing mushrooms. I wonder if they are edible?
I headed to the changing room, telling the hosts I was changing. Once there, I closed the curtain and changed into a pair of black skinny jeans and a yellow, long sleeve T-shirt. There was no need to change my shoes because I wore my combat boots to school everyday. I didn't change them for my club uniform and I won't start.
"Look, Boss has invented one man slow motion!" Said on if the twins.
It seems he was being insulted by a student. She told everybody her name was Renge. The vibes she gave off told me that I probably would not want to go near her. I might end up starting a fire that just so happened to be on her. That wouldn't be wise of course, they would send me back to the asylum, and lock me away again.
Her eyes landed on Koyoya, and she ran to him, claiming to be his fiancé! She started describing a person the exact opposite of Koyoya, saying stuff like 'how caring he was when he saved the kitten', or how 'cool he looked smelling flowers," and it was nowhere near Koyoya's actual personality. Tamaki went off because 'Mommy was keeping a secret from daddy,' as the twins put it.
A few minutes later she gasped, as if realizing some important thing.
"Your the manager of this club, right?" She asked Koyoya.
He nodded in confirmation and she squealed. Te he started to talk about how she had always want to wear a sandwich board to advertise for a business. I just ignored her, instead opting to go and pack up my things.
The short blond, otherwise known as Honey, offered her a glass of milk, but it was in vain, as she started to insult him.
"Lukewarm," Renge muttered "All if you are lukewarm, except my Koyoya of course."
Didn't Koyoya say he had never met her before and certainly never proposed to her? I guess she doesn't care. I tuned back into the conversation just as she said Tamaki was now a 'dark prince'.
"I think I like that!" He said, happily.
Idiot. She seemed to finally notice me, and asked who I was.
"I'm Emery," I replied monotonously.
She was really starting to get on my nerves. Renge will be lucky if she leaves today unscathed.
"I'll deal with you later. For now, lights, camera, action!"
All of a sudden we were shooting a movie, I didn't care so I tuned out until I heard yelling near me. There were two men about to push Renge, so I did the Emery thing and ran behind her. It seems Haruhi had the same idea, because I was now shielding two people. They may not be big people, but they certainly contributed to the force of which I was pushed back with.
My back hit the wall along with my head and I fell to the ground. This was nothing compared to what I've gone through in the past. I was way tougher than this, so I did not make a single sound, though the breath was knocked out of me. Though, when the wood fell on me and in plunged a nail, and I let out a quiet yelp. Only one person seemed to notice though. And he was known as the strong, silent type; Mori.
