🌺 New Boy...He's Odd 🌺

(DEE+VEE: TEN YEARS OLD)

Virgil woke up to Dee poking him "Hey Vee!I have news!" He groaned as he sat up "hm?..what is it?.." he huffed, not wanting to wake up.

" I heard that we're having a new person! Is it true?!" He asked, bouncing with excitement "huh...mhm..yep.." Virgil nodded, he overheard the caretakers yesterday talking to some people.

Dee was already dressed as he hopped downstairs "Meet 'cha there Vee!" .

The boy ran down the stairs as the caretaker "J:S" stood by him "Hm?...is something wrong J?" He asked, J smiled "Can you wear your nice outfit? We have a suprise for everyone"

Dee knew what that meant, someone was being dropped off. Dee ran upstairs, scaring Virgil as he grabbed a polo shirt and ran to the bathroom "SUPRISE PAROL!!!!" He yelled down the halls and instantly multiple children ran out of their rooms to get dressed.

Dee locked the bathroom door and got dressed quickly, wearing a yellow button up polo shirt,black trousers and no shoes just socks.

Virgil huffed and grumbled as he wrapped himself in his hoodie and walked downstairs "hmph.."

Dee walked down and sat on the couch eith everyone else, waiting for further imstructions. Virgil sat on the floor next to his feet, grumbling incoherent nonsense.

"Ok Everyone! We'd like you to meet the new...boy--and yes Thomas, i checked. " the children giggled at the statement as the worker spoke. The worker ushered for someome to come forward and a little boy about Dee's age stood next to the worker.

"This is Remus, and he's going to be staying with us from now on" they explained and 'Remus' gave then a small wave, afew children waved back as Virgil just rolled his eyes.

Remus wore a black and Green striped shirt and grey shorts with no shoes, which he held in one hand. He looked confused, like he didn't know what was happening.

"Okay, We're going to get Remus' bags, so you all be Nice and introduce yourselves" they said as they left in the same direction Remus entered.

Everyone stayed silent until Remy,the boy who stole The coffee machine for a week just waved "Sup, I'm Remy"

"Remus..." The new boy said, sooner or later everyone introduced themselves. Even Virgil!
"names Virgil" Remus tilted his head like a confused puppy "Virgin?"
"Virgil!"
"Virgin"
"Virgil!! V-i-r-g-i-l!"
"Ohhh!!! Riight! My bad!" Remus giggles before looking at Dee "Who's Snake-face 'ere?" He asked tilting his head

Dee squeaked, and covered his face "Dee, and don't call me snake-face" he said, already not liking him from glance "Ehhh! Okay Snake-face will do!"

the two boys did their usual and got tucked in bed, as Dee was about to turn the lights off he looked at Virgil "Do you want me to sing again?" He asked.

"No Thanks, i think i want to try sleep on my own please" Virgil replied, Dee nodded and shut the lights off "Night V"
