James Potter likes bets, especially ones where Snape loses. After spending the entire summer disregarding Remus' wishes and coming up with a full-proof plan of embarrassing Snape and getting Lily Evans to finally fall in love with him all in one day, James Potter is as happy as can be. But when disaster strikes and his plan could potentially be ruined before it even starts, James Potter saves the day by using his master detective skills, along side his trusty co-detectives: the marauders. However, it seems that relief is not in Potter's destiny. But right before he gives up, two knock off Hufflepuffs walk in late Potions class and James feels a plan forming.
Y/N L/N really doesn't like ghosts. Thanks to Peeves and the rest of the deadly figures at Hogwarts, a fear creeps itself into her mind during her first year. But once her best friend somehow survives a freak accident and can suddenly see a ghost from legend, Y/N L/N is convinced that she has gone crazy, especially when James Potter comes up to Y/N begging her for help.
