Chapter 2: Fabian's Decision

STAVE 2: Fabian’s decision

Fabian enjoyed the party last night but he can't sleep thinking of all that happened.

"Really weird, is it true or it was all in my mind" Fabian cannot sleep thinking about it. He rolled to the right side of his bed, to the other side, but still he's not comfortable.

"It's weird when that woman appeared. It's strange! I know, she needed my help. i had this question on my mind and doubted any answers. Am I really the on in that 'prophesy' something? Maybe I should go and knock my parent's door" 

Fabian can't handle his doubt and conscience so he went straight to his parents.

Knock! Knock!

"Mom? Dad? I really need the answer right now."

Alissa opened the door. "Fabian? What is it darling?"

"Well, I had this dream" Fabian just pretended that everything was just a dream. He told his mother the whole story.

"If it was all true, should I help her and Pipalupi?" 

"Fabe" Allisa replied touching her son's face gently.

"There are things that are meant for us, that is also meant for others. Maybe, if you would accept it, you will find your meaning of life. You will find what you are looking for. And maybe, if you help, you will save lives, you will not feel guilty, but be sure that you are ready and willing to help and  don't forget that there will also be a sacrifice, but do it form the heart."  She said touching Fabian's left part of the chest.

"Oh, and if it really is, then should I try?"

"Try? You should do it! game on it! Don't try it."

"Thanks mom, I am really satisfied now." 

Fabian went back to his room and thought about what his mother said. He thought more deeply but before he could conclude, he fell into a deep sleep.

RIIINNNGGG!! RIINGGG!! RINGGG!

It’s the familiar sound of the doorbell.

"Wait for a minute" Fabian went down stairs stretching, since he just woke up.

And as Fabian opened the door:

"So, young man, have you decided?"

He was surprised,. He had a lot of surprises since last night.

"Good morning, Madame!"

"Good morning! So did the 'chosen one' decided?"

"I don't know but I asked my mom advices about helping and some other things related to it."

"I see. Well, I think you should see Pipalupi. This place is great, and I bet you'll love it. And loving it would convince you to help her."

"Pipalupi is a “her”?" Fabian was confused about it.

"No, I mean, you will help the princess of Pipalupi, remember?"

"I see. But is this some sort of adventure?"

"If you'd enjoy it, it will be!"

"Great!” Fabian just showed a very cute smirk.

From their jokes, their conversation went seriously.

"But remember, it’s about sacrifice. You won't succeed unless you do it form the heart" The old woman replied pointing her finger to Fabian's chest.

“I have thought about it last night but I did not make up my mind because I fell asleep, but look, Mom’s right. Maybe I will discover something which is really meant for me."

“And? “The old woman replied raising her eyebrow trying to go straight to the point what he was about to say.

"I make up my mind, since you came here, I am willing to help" Fabian replied but this time, he replied like he realized something.

"Great! Well, you have now the tools that I gave to you last time?"

"Ah, yes Madame, I have now.”

"Don’t call me Madame, just call me Peba."

"Peba? Is that your name?"

"No, it’s what I'm called in the kingdom. I am their messenger. Well are you ready?"

"Well, but before that, How long will it take me there? I didn't eat yet."  Fabian was joking about it.

"Young man, take it seriously, now, you won't be hungry there, And since you are the knight of our kingdom, It's up to you! And don't worry, I'll treat your trip to Pipalupi" Peba said with a smirk. "So, handsome, you ready?"

"Yes Madame, I mean Peba!"

"Now set your watch to 12:00"

Fabian twisted his time in advance and the long hand together with the short hand pointed at twelve.

There hit Fabian a clash of wind and it twirled him up in the air and when he was up high above the clouds, the gravity pulled him down and took him so long to hit the surface.

"AHHH!! Peba! Peba! Peba! I feel like I'm in the outer space with gravity pulling me and I'm falling down infinitely. WHERE ARE YOU?"

A voice then chuckled. 

"Oh! Calm down 'chosen one'. Just put yourself in a tuck position!"

Fabian's position was like diving in the Olympics. 

Then after one, two, and three...

BOOGSH! There it goes the splash of the water. 

And there, he found himself in the middle of a cold big pond, somewhere around a big green plain and looking on the horizon was a beautiful castle.
