His body is littered in a dragon tattoo. Like sleeves wrapped around his body. A class S criminal and a threat level Dragon thanks to his hungry appetite for a fight. He can appear calm one second. Then the nextGodknows when he'd explode.
He glares atyou from atop a throne of bodies. His bat loosely sitting there as his hand kept it in place on a hero's back. Playing with it a bit as he hummed. Cupping his cheek for a second before he got to his feet.
