Once upon a time

In the woods all alone, I decided to take a stroll, I needed to clear my mind, I couldn't forget what I've just seen maybe I would but not right away, my heart was so heavy as I walked along the quiet lonely Forest, filled with anger and hurt, I've heard rumors of it but I never wanted to believe it, Kira and I have been in a relationship for close to two years little did I know she was having an affair behind my back, Until I saw her in the school's basement with the one guy I hated so much Mark.
Mark and I used to be friends when we were younger ,but he always had this attitude I never liked, he was bossy, I got tired of him when we were in grade six after we fought over a treat on Halloween, and since then we never came back together.

I received an anonymous text to get down to the school's basement, I was guessing it was Scott my best friend that sent it maybe he wanted to play some sort of prank on me, on getting there I saw Kira and Mark kissing, the sight got me sick and furious, when she saw me didn't care, it was like I wasn't even there, it hurt me I had to walk out of there sad, I didn't wait for school to be over I took my bag and left the school premisses not knowing where I was going in particular, but I was sure I wasn't heading home, then I found myself in the woods all alone, I've always dreaded the woods, and I never came out here on my own, but it was different today because I wasn't scared anymore, I guess the hurt I felt took away my fear.

My feet hurt from walking so much, and I lost track of time of decided to sit under a large tree, it was slowly approching evening the sun was going down, darkness started to set in, and I realized that my parents must be worried sick, so I decided to get up and head home.

This time I wasn't walking slowly I was in a bit of rush to get home before nightfall, them I tripped on some dead tree branches and fell, I let out a loud moan followed by cursing "fuuckkkk", I  got up dusted my self with tears in my eyes, now I didn't know if it's because of what Kira did or the pain I feel on my knee, but all I knew I needed to get home as quickly as possible, Then something caught my attention, it was a lil bit blurry because I had tears in my eyes so I wiped my eyes to see it clearly, something lay there on the ground, it was blue and it was shining so bright, it was kinda shaped like a tear drop, so I reached for it and picked it up, a thought crossed my mind maybe it was a precious stone maybe like a diamond, but I remember that in the movies and pictures I've seen I haven't seen a blue diamond before, it usually comes as white, but maybe there's actually a blue diamond and I have one now, " this is gonna cost a lot" I said out loud, so I quickly put it in my pocket and raced off noticing it was really late now, out of excitement I forget my bag.
