Appearance

Yellow raincoat, red coat atop it with yellow and dark green accents. Blue toilet paper wound around where a left arm would be, red toilet paper wound around where a right leg would be. Has a white mask with red patterns.

Will question the victim with a choice of color for their toilet paper; red or blue. Once red is chosen, they will be stabbed beyond compare or sliced to pieces. If blue is preferred, they will be strangled. Either choice results to death.
