Sabrina's POV
I wake up,and the check the time it's 7:50. I have to be at school by 8:00 and I only have 10 minutes left. I take a quick shower,I get dressed,I didn't have time to eat breakfast nor to say goodbye to my mom. I grab my keys and head out to school.
*At school
The second I step in. They ring the bell mentioning that we have to go to class. I started running in the the hall cause math class is starting in 2 minutes.
Thanks to God I arrive in time. I say Good morning to Mr. Brad and take my usual seat. I greet Cassy, but there's no sign of Jack.
"Morning Sysy"I say
"Morning girl, how are you?"she reply
"I'm fine, what about you?"I ask
"Fine"she reply
"Where's Jack?" I ask
"I don't know"she answered
"Ok" I exclaime
The teacher started working we're having Algebra (actually equations with the elimination method) After 10 minutes Jack enter the class and greet the teacher.
"Good morning Mr. Brad"Jack says
"Jack you're late"Mr. Brad answered
"Oh sorry,it's cause of the traffic"Jack reply
"Oh ok, alright take a seat" Mr. Brad exclaimed
He did as Mr.Brad say he takes his usual seat and say good morning to me and Sysy, but I was only focus on his eyes, they are red, it looks like he's been crying all night.
"Jack can I talk to you later,umm... Privately?I ask and he nodded
As the time pass, the bell ring we all grab our stuff and head out to the cafeteria,we grab our food and start to eat it. Once we're done. I tell Cassy that me and Jack have to talk privately, surprisingly she agreed.
I grab Jack's hand and lead him to an empty class we take a seat next to each other.
"Jack, what's wrong?"I ask in a low voice
"Umm... Nothing"he answered
"Are you sure"I ask
"Yes"he replied
"Then why were you crying last night" I ask
"Who told you I was crying last night?"he demand
"I can see it in your eyes"I reply
"Like I said I'm fine" he exclaimed
"Don't you dare lie to me Jack"I said sternly
He look at me and say"ok fine I was thinking about...." He reply
"About your mom right"I answer he nodded while tears streaming down from his eyes I pull him in a hug and say:
"It's ok Jack don't cry ok,I'm here for you. I know it's your mom and I respect that but you should stop hurting yourself,I know it hurts but you should try to move on,do it for me"
"But it's my fault if she committed suicide"he replied
"Please Stop saying that, it's not your fault,stop blaming yourself"
I reply he nodded
We pull out from the hug and he said "I'll do it for you nana"I smile and kiss him in the cheek with that we leave the class and walk back to the cafeteria.
*Jack's POV
For some reason after talking to nana, I felt good.
As we head to the cafeteria
I stop her from walking and say"thanks nana for consoling me" she smile and answered"it's ok Jacky, you would've the same for me" and we continue walking.
We went back to our table and meet up with Cassy. She was still eating. After 30 minutes they ring the bell mentioning that we have to go back to class.
(I decided to skip all the details that might've happened in the rest of the classes so yh school is over)
