Ch 1.

3rd person pov.

We see (Y/n) walking down a alley. In very worn out clothes.

(Y/n)'s pov

(Y/n): Ugh I'm so hungry. If only that bakery didn't kick me out of the dumpster they used. Shelter and free food.

As I was walking down the alley I saw a corpse. A ghoul must have been feeding off of it recently it looks pretty fresh. I run up to it hoping to find a wallet.

(Y/n): Come on please let their be money. SCORE!

I did find a wallet. I opened it up hoping to find a lot of money. But much to my disappointment their was only $5.

(Y/n): FUUUCK! Stupid high school students and their lack of savings.

I said this as I was kicking the body in the balls.

(Y/n): Sigh. Maybe I can get a side or something with this.

I walked out of the alley turned and walked down the street until I came across a cafe I think. I unfortunately can't read very well so it's hard for me to tell.

(Y/n):well here goes nothing.

I opened the door and a bell rang from above me. I saw two girls at the counter. One was a girl easily over a foot taller than me with long white hair and an eye patch on her left eye. The other one had to be a foot taller than the other one with pretty dark blue hair and one of her eyes was covered by her bangs.

Girls: Well come to Antaku.

(Y/n): H-hi.

White hair: Take a seat where ever you like we'll be with you in a minute.

I looked around and saw that it was actually pretty busy but I did find one table that was open. So I walked to it. But it was only then that I realized that it was a tall table with tall stools. I couldn't get on it.

Blue hair: Excuse me miss but would you like some help?

I looked down with a blush on my face.

(Y/n): Yes please.

She then picked me up as if I weighed nothing placed me on top of the seat.

Blue hair: Sorry if I'm being rude but are you eating enough you seem much to light to be healthy do you plan on ordering big?

(Y/n): Umm actually what can I get with $5? Sorry I'm kinda homeless and i just so happened to find a $5 bill on the ground.

She stared at me with her eyes wide I could also saw the white haired one staring at me. The blue haired one handed me a menu.

Blue hair: Order anything you want consider it on the house.

I was shocked

(Y/n): Are you sure? I don't think I just accept that. Won't the manager be angry.

Blue hair: Nah. He's a nice guy and would probably be angry if we didn't. Just call for one of us when you've decided. My name is Touka and her name is Kaneki.

(Y/n): O-ok. Thank you so much.

Touka smiles then left to go check on another customer. It was only after she left and I opened the menu that I remembered I can't read very well. And their were no pictures so I couldn't tell what anything was.

Girls voice: Excuse me?
