Third Person's POV

Everyone is gather in the training grounds, because, finally, the real training begins. The past few days have been a little too relaxing and peaceful, other than the sudden appearance of Black and White, who are still asleep, there is not much going on.

"Okay! Listen up! Today is where the real training begins! And no! We will not be doing those normal routine training like push ups or magic control! I will assign you into groups and I already have decided who will be in what team!" Commander Sycamore explained " First, I would assign 4 leaders. These leaders are responsible for their teammates. Step up when I call your name! Green Gary Oak! Red Hibiki! Blue Alexandria Gray! Yellow De Verde!" The four step up

"The four of you, remember being a leader is about guiding your teammates and not commanding them. Are we clear?!" Commander Sycamore said

"Yes sir!" They said

"Now! I will announce in whose group you are in. Silver Oak! Platinum Dawn Berlitz! Ruby Brendan Maple! You three are in Blue's group!" Commander said and everyone was shocked

"So we are going to be separated? No same element is going to be in the same group?"-Emerald

"But I want to be teammates with Green!"-Magenta

"Hush!" They all stayed quiet " Let's Continue! Sapphire May Birch! Pearl Jun Berlizt! Gold Hibiki! You're in Green's group! Soul Jade Kotone! Diamond Lucas Kouki! Amethyst Kitsune! You're in Yellow's group! Crystal Heart Kotone! Emerald De Verde! Magenta Kitsune! You're in Red's Group! Now that you know you're groups, I'll be assigning different missions for each group. Red's Group! You will be exploring Glittering Cave! Green's group, Reflection Cave! Yellow's group, Terminus Cave! Blue's group, Frost Cavern!" Blue flinched when she heard where they're assigned Yellow, who was next to her, noticed

"What's wrong? Are you okay?" Yellow asked Blue just smiled ate her

"Nothing, I'm fine" Blue replied, Silver, who also noticed, thought 'Why would she flinch because of Frost Cavern? Maybe she really is nee-san.' 

" Each of this place holds very valuable magic stones deep inside, I want you to retrieve them and bring it back here. Frost cavern holds the Water Stone, Terminus Cave holds Fire Stone, Reflection Cave holds the Earth Stone, and Glittering Cave hold the Air Stone. Each group must bring 4 stones! You can take anything you think is necessary for your mission! Understand?!" Commander Sycamore explained

"Yes sir!"

"Now go!" And they all left to get ready with their groups

Pearl's POV

After Commander Sycamore dismissed us we all went to our respective groups to discuss what to do Green-senpai is talking about what we need to do.

" Let's head out as soon as you all finished packing what is necessary, sleeping bags, a set of clothes, water and food. Let's meet in the train station by...." He looked at his watch " 1pm." He said we nodded then they left to pack. Green-senpai was about to left 'this is my chance!'

"Green-senpai please have a battle with me!" He turn around

"You do know we have no time for that. We have a mission." He said

"Please! Just a friendly battle! I want to learn from you and Red-sanpai. And the best way to do it is through a battle!" I said excitedly 'I hope he accepts!' he sighed

"You're not going to let me say no, right? Fine. Let's go to the Training grounds" he said 'YES!' we went to the Training grounds, Dia was there, eating, like always. Dia is a great guy, although we just meet a week ago, he feels like a long lost brother to me
