"Dammit Gabe!"

"You're making this a lot harder than it really is, Stella."

"Well unlike you I haven't had, gee I don't know, millenia to freaking practice at this!"

"Just flap your damn wings Stella!"

"THAT WOULD BE NICE WOULDN'T IT!"

It's been about a month A.S.O.D.D (after Stella's overly dramatic death) and well, this has been the sum of what's been going on: flying lessons. See I guess you can't learn how to fight with angelic wrath until you learn how to fly so as of right now I have been classified as the "newb Seraph". Dicks.

"Stella." I heard the familiar gravelly voice that belonged to my beautiful angel (it's funny because calling someone 'angel' used to be a compliment in romantic situations... now its just a remark on your physical being).

"Cas." I smiled, when my blue eyes met his icy blue ones. "Can you by any chance tell Gabe to stop being a dick?"

"I heard that." Gabe's nasally voice floated down from the air behind me where he hung effortlessly.

Cas glanced up at Gabe nervously and back down to me. "Due to experience with an archangels wrath I can say, with valid reasoning, that I don't feel comfortable doing that."

"Yeah, Stella. You should learn from your lover to watch your words." Gabe said mockingly.

"Oh eat shit Gabe." I snapped my head back and glared at him, driving him to put his hands up in surrender.

"Apologies for cutting in Gabriel, but may I steal Stella away?" Cas said hesitantly. I looked back at him and smiled, moving towards him to wrap my arms around his torso while I stared up at Gabe.

"Oh yeah I forgot, angel date night. That must be ridiculously awkward." Gabe grinned as he floated back down to the ground, landing gracefully on the lush grass.

My eyes moved up to Cas. "It's not that bad." He looked back down at me and smiled before moving his lips down to mine to brush them against each other lightly. Shivers ran down my spine.

"God get a room you two."

I broke the embrace to glare at Gabe. "Because you haven't done worse."

He winked.

"You're ridiculous."

"Let's go, Stella." Cas whispered in my ear as he turned me away from the obnoxious angel and led me down the lush hill.

"Have fun you two!" Gabe called after us. Then we were alone.

"So how did flying lessons go?" Cas said, pulling me closer to him as we walked.

"Oh you know, the usual."

He glanced down at me and grinned. "So you still suck?"

I scoffed and nudged him lightly. "Oh shut up."

He giggled. "I'm beginning to worry you'll never fly!" He mockingly frowned.

"You know, I seemed to have missed the part where you suddenly became insanly sassy and really liked to piss off your girlfriend." I smirked.

He cut in front of me and stopped me in my tracks. "I'm sorry, did you just say girlfriend?"

I stared up at him, unblinking.

He smiled. "So, you're my girlfriend?"

I blushed suddenly feeling stupid and looked down at the grass that sparkled under the moon with the new dew that dampened the ground. "Hey." He whispered, putting a finger under my chin, trying to tug my face up to look at him. I looked up at his sparkling eyes that were so full of love. "I like the sound of it, Stella." A faint smile danced across his lips before he leaned down and pressed a light kiss to my lips. I leaned into him and wrapped my arms around his neck to pull him closer and in turn he wrapped his arms around my waist, pressing me against him until our bodies were flush against each other. My hands moved up, letting my fingers tangle in his dark hair as his fingers ran along my back. Chills ran down my spine and I broke away gasping. "Cas" I whispered.

He looked at me with concern. "Are you okay?"

I looked up at him confused. "Huh? Oh yeah, I'm fine. Sorry. It was just..." I broke off, unsure of what to say.

He nodded. "It's okay. I understand... I think."

"I'm a virgin." I blurted before my hand rushed to my mouth. Stella what the hell was that? WHY WOULD YOU ANNOUNCE THAT YOU IDIOT.

Cas stared at me, shocked. "Oh."

I cringed. "I'm so sorry."

"What? No you have to reason to be sorry. I mean it makes sense because you possessed God's soul so it only makes sense that you stayed..." He trailed off and blushed.

"Pure?" I finished for him and he nodded.

"I guess I just assumed... well..." Cas looked down, hesistant.

I cocked my head, confused.

He glanced up at me and back down. "Dean."

Realization crossed my features. "Oh." He looked up at me sheepishly and I shook my head. "Dean and I never did that."

"You guys got pretty close a couple times though." Cas frowned.

I stared at him shocked that he knew. My thoughts flashed back to all the 'almosts' I had with him when he pressed me against the wall of the bunker. I shook the memories away, refusing to let Dean sink into my memory. "Cas."

"It's okay Stella." He said, trying to be reassuring but failing, I could see right through him.

I took a step towards him and looked into his eyes. "Cas. I love you. Forget about Dean, forget about all that stuff. I'm here with you. I love YOU Cas." I let my head rest against his chest. "I chose you."

I felt his body relax under my words and his arms wrapped around me as he pressed a kiss to the top of my head. "I love you so much Stella."

I looked up at him, a faint smile on my lips before rising up to kiss him. His hands ran up my back softly with more caution. I pressed against him, wrapping my arms around his neck to let him know it's okay. He got the hint and deepened the kiss, his fingers entangling in my hair. I tugged on his khaki coat, leading him back until we were up against a tree. I broke away and smiled as I slid his trenchcoat off, letting it fall onto the ground. I looked back up into his bright blue eyes that sparkled with desire before he pushed me up against the tree and kissed me furiously. His lips traveled to my neck leaving a hot trail behind, causing me to moan. I felt him smile against my neck before he returned to nipping at my sensitive skin.

"Cas." I whispered between gulps of air. "I-"

I was cut off when a loud screech enveloped the once silent night. Cas jumped away and covered his ears as I sank to the ground, wincing as I tried to block out the high-pitched noise. It felt like forever until it finally faded and it was once again silent. "What the hell was that?" I yelled over the ringing in my ears.

I glanced up at Cas who stood, his brows furrowed in confusion and what looked like fear. He spun around, glancing at our surroundings. I stood up and joined him. "Cas? What was that?"

He looked down at me and I confirmed that there was definite fear in his eyes. "That was an angel being murdered."
