When Yoongi had woken up three days ago with his hand empty and the space beside him on the motel bed cold he felt like his world had ended. It seemed dramatic but he panicked, honestly that was an understatement. He nearly burned the room and himself down.
It took him four hours to finally talk himself off a cliff. He felt like he was suffocating just trying to figure out if he'd disappeared or if Jungkook had. When he finally found the younger's note and realized the he had disappeared on purpose Yoongi had been furious.
To make it worse Jungkook kept moving. Jungkook knew Yoongi had tracking gifts, that he could teleport to people he had a strong enough connection with. There was no one with even a fraction of the connection he had with Jungkook. At least alive there wasn't. But he also knew that Yoongi had to use enough energy to do it that it physically and mentally drained him if it was over long distances. Having to teleport whole cities away, definitely counted.
Once he'd finally tracked Jungkook to near Incheon, he'd lost him. Yoongi had sat watching a house that looked more like a mansion for two days. There was a boy that looked like what Jungkook had described to him after one of his dreams. Tall, brown hair, that looked just a bit darker then Yoongi's own. Handsome, but not gorgeous like his Jungkook, at least in Yoongi's opinion. The day the boy left alone and in a hurry wearing a large pink sweatshirt and a black jacket Yoongi could feel something was wrong.
Finally feeling rested enough to attempt to track Jungkook again he closed his eyes and focused on Jungkook. His sun warmed skin, big doe eyes that always made him melt. The gentle curve of his lips when he smiled and knew he'd made Yoongi flustered. He focused on the feeling of Jungkook with him and willed himself to be pulled towards the boy.
When tracking it wasn't an exact science. When he teleported somewhere he'd seen he can show up in that very place. But when he's tracking he isn't always able to get right next to the person he's trying to appear near. So when he appeared next to a gas station watching Jungkook drive away he cursed and fell against the building.
He had been so close, he refused to be so close and give up. Resting for a few hours he put what little energy he had into finding Jungkook again. This time he wound up stumbling to his knees in an abandoned barely lit abandoned building.
Frustrated and furious Yoongi yelled out,"Jeon Jungkook!"
Yoongi panted so mentally and physically exhausted he didn't hear the rush of footsteps or a ladder clanking. Minutes passed and the one person he'd been searching for the past three days was in front of him. Large does eyes staring at him sheepishly. Fury ripped though him along with the last of his adrenaline.
"Hyung." Jungkook said, sad eyes looking guilty.
"Don't even fucking dare. Don't you dare you absolute asshole!" Yoongi rushed forward and shoved the taller boy. Hating that Jungkook didn't move, the muscle pig that he was, Yoongi shoved him again with as much force as he could.
"I...I'm sorry." Jungkook cried.
"Sorry? What are you sorry for huh? Using me without my permission, disappearing after we've been on the run for days. Doing all of this and leaving a fucking note? What are you sorry for Jungkook!" Yoongi said.
Jungkook flinched at every truth letting the shorter boy bang his fists against his chest. Both of them had tears streaming down their faces, Yoongi's in anger and Jungkook in guilt. But all Jungkook could do was circle his long arms around Yoongi's small frame.
"No you don't get to do this, you don't get to touch me." Yoongi said, fighting against his arms.
Jungkook begged,"please, hyung, you're losing energy please, let me help you."
Yoongi wanted to keep yelling to tell Jungkook how distraught and broken he'd been. Explain how not seeing the boy for days made him feel like his heart had dropped into his shoes. That he'd been trampling on it himself. Yoongi hated it, hated not knowing where the boy was. He'd made a promise and he felt like he'd broken it the second he'd realized Jungkook was gone. He wanted to yell this in Jungkook's face. But all he could do was glare until he couldn't anymore. Jungkook watched in horror as Yoongi's eyes eyes slowly rolled back and he went limp in his arms.
"H...Hyung?" Jungkook said softly. "Hyung please I'm sorry."
"Jungkook, I think we should take him back to the hotel." Jin said.
Remembering the others were behind him Jungkook looked over his shoulder. Nodding in agreement Jungkook lifted his small hyung and let Jin lead them back to the truck.
"So this is Yoongi?" Jin asked.
