Chapter Two

Wills POV
I was gonna do it out of the friend Zone I am going to ask Kate out I am so nervous I mean how do I ask her out. I mean this can either make or break our friendship here Will. I looked down and Alpha was laying down on the ground and looking at me. Maybe I can practice asking her out. I went to the mirror and I just imagine Kate "Kate I know we've been friends now for a while and I've been wanted to ask you a question..I was wondering if you would like to go out with me? If not I understand I mean that's perfectly fine I just." I rambling "Will just calm down okay your just asking her a simple question. I mean it's the question that could make or brake your friendship and she may never talk to you again... and may move out... Start dating Andrew... and have little Andrews and Kates." I sighed I'm hopeless I sat on the couch thinking and thinking.. Thinking about the what ifs. "Will I'm home." I heard her voice "I'm in the living room!" I yell.

I still need to apologize to her about this afternoon I really didn't mean to blow her off I just lost track of time "Hey Will." She said while laying on the couch laying on me "Do you mind?" I say while poking her cheek "Nope not really." She said smiling "Are you okay." I said because she was acting happy "Yeah I'm fine." She said while poking my stomach "Kate.." I said looking down at her "Hmm?" She answered "I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for blowing you off today." I said looking at her "It's okay Will." She said while sitting up "No Kate it's not I mean I want to be there for you every minute of everyday because Kate." I took a deep breath and was about to say something but then I couldn't say it I was chickening out.

She looked at me "Hey how about I cook us something and then we can watch movies oor do something." She said getting up and going to the kitchen and looking at me "So that do you want to eat?" She asked "what if we just make snack food ?" I said "Okay that sounds like a plan." She said grabbing all the snack foods we had and make them.

I was in my room and all I heard was a loud bang as if Kate had drop something. Kate holding on to her hand "Are you okay?" I asked "No I burnt my hand." She said "Let me look at it Kate." I said "No it's fine Will I promise." She said hiding her hand. I saw that her hand was bleeding.. Bad "Kate your hand is bleeding like really bad let me get the first aid kit." I ran to the bathroom grabbed it. She was grabbing a paper towel and putting it on her hand.

I looked at her and I opened the kit. Grabbing her hand I looked at it it had been cut "When did you do this?" I asked. She looked down "clumsy me cut my hand at work washing dishes." she said looking down "Third time this week Kate goodness." I tease I lifted up her sleeve and there were scars twelve of the to be exact "When did you do this" I said holding her arm "I um did it two weeks ago." she said looking down "why?" I said "Will please don't worry about it." she said grabbing the bandage and wrapping it up. "Umm Kate I will worry about it okay my best friend is self harming herself." I say "Please Will stop worrying please it was in the past I mean it means nothing okay." she said walking into the living room and sitting on the couch.

I was sitting there just looking at her "Can I just know why." I ask she shook her head "okay then." I say and keeping quiet on the my side of the couch.

It's been a hour and we haven't said anything "Will I feel like it's my job to remember everything like I have to remember who you were and what you were actually to me. I feel like there was more than a friendship here Will." she said. I scooted closer "Kate. Please I know your trying your hardest to remember things but don't stress over it. seeing those cuts on your wrist kill me. I care for you so much Kate and I would be so broken if anything happen to you." I say while while grabbing her hand and intertwining it with mine.

Kate rested her head on my shoulder "Will I just feel like it's my job to remember you and what we have or had because its stressing me out." She said while running her hands through her hair. I was rubbing her back "No one is rushing you to remember anything Kate I mean you are just putting these things in your mind. I mean I honestly don't care if you want to remember what we had because all that matters is right now the present." I say She looks up at me and kisses my cheek.

I felt my heart race "Thank you Will you always know what to say." She smiled then giggled "What's so funny." I say while playing with piece of her hair "Well you see Will I kind of burnt the pizza and now we don't we don't have anything for our movie night." she said "Well the I guess I wil order us a pizza." I tease "Okay." She said smiling "I'm going to get my pjs on and then we can pick a movie on Netflix." She said while running into her room "I'll order the Pizza!" I yell "KK!" She yelled back.

Kates POV
Will and I were sitting on the couch waiting for the pizza and I set my head on Will's shoulder dozing off "Kate I have a question?" Will asked "Hmm?" I said while looking up at him "Well I've been wanting to ask you this question and I've been putting it off for a while and I was wondering' Will got cut off by someone knocking on the door "Hold that thought Will let me get the pizza and then you can ask me." I got up and went to the door. When I opened it my heart dropped "Jordan!!" I say while hugging him "What are you doing here ya goof ball?" I say "Well I have to see my best friend for her birthday so why not make her week and stay here the whole week then take her out on her birthday." He said "Well I'm glad your here this is the best birthday present ever." I said bringing him inside "Yeah I know I'm awesome." He said
