I loved Charli immensely. She made me feel a way no one else could. All I craved was her presence and she was never not on my mind. I would do anything for her, no matter what it was, I would do it. She was my one and only, and I was head over heels in love with her. But I knew something would go wrong between us. She, she was perfect. And I was just me.

This is our story

"Y/N?" I was suddenly pulled out of my daze when Lucas raised his voice to call my name. I shook my head and told myself to stop falling into daydreams when other people were around. I pulled out my phone, so I didn't have to explain myself to my best friend, and opened TikTok. I scrolled through and stopped at a video of Charli D'amelio doing a TikTok dance. She was so stunning and I couldn't help but imagine myself with her. As quick as that thought entered my mind, it left as I felt a hand roughly placed on my shoulder and heard a couple of deep laughs from behind me. I spun around and looked up into familiar, but hard brown eyes, belonging to the one and only, chase hudson, with his group of jocks behind him laughing at me.
"Looks like the dike has taken an interest in my girlfriend this time boys," he commented while smirking at me.
"fuck off Chase," i mumbled, which was probably a bad move as his stare hardened. He brought his lips closer to my ear and whispered into it.
"Back off my girl, Dyke," before moving his arm across the table i was sitting at and brushing all my books and paper onto the ground. I groaned inwardly as they walked away, and i bent down to pick up my books but was interrupted by a group of girls walking past, one of which bent down to help me, and i could recognise her as Addison, one of the other popular girls at the school i was currently going to. She was quickly followed by her friend, who i could recognise but couldn't name for some reason, and the rest of the group stood back and watched.
"I, uh, thank you." i said as i stood up with the books they had helped me gather.
"Oh, don't worry about it." Said the girl who i figured must of been charli's sister, Dixie. Realising this, i looked up at the rest of the group and was met with familiar, soft brown eyes, that belonged to Charli D'amelio, standing next to her friend Avani. We held eye contact for quite a while before i was pulled out of my daze by Addisons familiar voice
"Don't worry about Chase, he can be a dick sometimes." She said softly, smiling a little to try cheer me up. I nodded my head weakly and whispered a yeah, not allowing myself to cry in front of the girls. I sat back down in my seat as they left, but i couldn't pull my eyes from Charli, who i accidentally made eye contact with as she was walking away. she had a sad look on her face, almost pitying, but i brushed that thought away. i turned back to Lucas, to find him buried in a book.
"They're gone now you dumb shit." I said while laughing slightly, watching him stick his head up above the book he was supposedly 'reading.
"girl i cant believe you didn't faint, you just talked to addison and dixie!" he remarked slightly too loud.
i looked up and saw the group of girls not too far away and launched myself at lucas before he could say anymore, pushing him off the chair and landing on top of him in a heap. we hadn't realised but the whole building had gone quiet, and as i looked up i saw everyone staring at us, including the girls.
"well fucking done ya fuck head." he said and i couldn't contain my laughter, rolling into the floor next to him and laughing my ass off.

this isn't edited and i know it's short i just wanted to get something published
