Pictures (Boyxboy)

chapter 3

The laptop buzzed as it started up. I plugged in a USB, attaching the cable to the camera.
I was laying on the stiff bed with my legs kicked up. The cold pillows behind me began to pull me in as a few urged to fall off the edge. I threw my head back onto the pillow and stared at the ceiling.

I heard the shower squeaking off and thumps on the tiles. 
Daniel stepped out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist.
He walked to his suitcase opening it and grabbed some clothes with his back facing me.

"Wow that shower was great, very refreshing"

"You showered quick" I replied while still staring at the screen.

"I was planning on you taking your time so I could work".

"Well I can step back in if you want" he said motioning his hand to the bathroom door as his clothes hung from it.
 
"Nah I'm just petty about saving time" I chuckled.

"If you say so, I'll just change here then" he announced proudly. 

Do I dare look up?

My eyes rose up from the laptop to a sculpted tan red back. My lips dared to curve into a smile and I fought back tightening them.
I bit the inside of my mouth to prevent from forming any strange expressions. 

Daniel had a V shape body giving him a wide upper body and small waist. He had visible muscles but not quite defined although his spine did have depth due to his bulging Trapezius. 

I pulled up the camera focussing on the wide highlights.
I turned the flash off because the dim light was a perfect tone.
The camera clicked loudly making Daniel turn. I stared startled and frozen in position.

 I'm so dumb why did I do that????

"Did you just take a picture of me?"
I felt my face burn up to my ears as blood rushed rapidly. His question felt so demanding and my guilt grew.

 "I-I'm um.. nhmm.. yes?"
He dragged his feet towards the bed and stopped next to me. 

"I'm sorry I'll delete it,'' I spat while doing my best to keep my face hidden.

"Hang on nate I wanna see, do I look sexy?"

His comment broke the tension and I looked up at him.
"Yeah sure," I said as I handed him the camera in a balance.
I could hear his fingers press around on the camera.
"Wow, so that's how my back looks, no wonder you photographed me" he said with a chuckle following after. 

"Yep you're very well built," I continued as  my stomach turned a little.

I heard the camera click again and my head turned towards Daniel.
He had the camera up to his face while he looked through the lens.

"Did you take a picture of me?!" I yelped
Daniel laughed, lowered the camera and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Yes, you gave me a new idea for our program. It might change our career but we will still be behind the camera." He said animatedly.
