"I would prefer more of a normal action movie than a hero movie.." Onika spoke as she walked down the hall with Lewis right besides her. "Really?" He asked is disbelief and slight judgement that she overlooked; "Yes I mean.. superhero's aren't real why make a movie about it? And even then they all are the same. What were you expecting of me?" She asked barely glancing at the almost ginger haired man due to her emotions that brought alive the butterflies in her.. "I would have expected you to say romance or a good sob story.." he spoke honestly with a slight smirk landing on his lips while he watched her and the ground as they mindlessly strolled the hallways.

"So you picture me as the average black woman who watches lifetime movies and knows every Tyler Perry movie by heart?" Onika asked in a fake disbelief. "No no it's not what I was thinking at all it's just.. I wouldn't have expected that from you" he tried to say with a deeper meaning when in all reality the only thing that changed was his tone of voice; but Onika knew what he meant or what she atleast knew what she would've wanted him to mean. "I have a liking to different things.. don't judge me from an assumption you've made in your head. Nothing is ever what it seems" she spoke as they came to a halt at her room door.

"Yes Ms.Maraj" Lewis smiled as Onika stood infront of him "When can I take you out again?" He asked getting Onika to hide her wide smile inside "I don't know, how about I text when I'm open and we can see from there" she spoke more so as a statement than a question as she looked at the man who was well indeed taller than her. "So be it" he replied knocking on the door of her reality; the bell rung and he gently kissed her hand before moving in direction to his own classroom. She waited until he was out of her sight a bit to do a little dance in her bellbottom pants and heels then turn to unlock her classroom door for her students to come to since their lunch is over.

She went in and got to her desk realizing she had barely even touched her own lunch. Though she deems spending time with this man as worth it she still needed to eat, she ate a few of her crackers before the sound of students roaming the halls grew louder and followed a few minutes afterwards with the bell ring meaning they needed to head and or be in class.

Everyone came to their assigned seats without a problem from how Onika glance around at the small groups still chatting. "Remember your paper is due tomorrow at the beginning of class if you have any late work you may work on it now and turn it in for a grade." She spoke before going back to her own papers. She slickly finished her crackers and cleaned her area as if they had never existed and got back to her computer typing in grades and lesson plans. She began to zone out until students turned in their work; "M-Miss Mar-mar-Maraj?" She heard they familiar voice say.

"Yes Ms. Knowles?" She replied looking up at the girl, when she did so she saw the girl recoil a bit in fear. Onika didn't know if it was from how she said her name so bland and aggressively or if it was because she almost completely mean mugged the poor girl for trying to as a simple question. "I-I w- nev-evermi-ind" the blonde struggled feeling even more embarrassed than normal. She felt like she was a peasant intruding where they didn't belong and well.. MsMaraj was the one that was calling shots on whether she'd survive for being so foolish.

Onika knew her reaction was a bit off for the simple question watching the girl go back to her seat, but once the shorter woman looked down she saw the girls paper on her desk and a little note with it as well. The note was obviously not from the girl since the handwriting was more so childish or closer to chicken scratch than a woman's...she moved it near her and her computer before opening it and seeing it was from Lewis. She read the little note about his enjoyment of their date and the night in general which brought a wide smile and a side of blush to be feasted upon from her students who saw.
