Mystic Falls a small town in Virginia. From the outside it was just an ordinary township, but on the inside Mystic Falls was not what it seemed on the outside. Over the years the town became a domain for the supernatural creatures. Only some of the citizens of the town knew about the supernatural community and they tend to keep it that way.

The Fell family is known to almost everyone in the town, because of their privilege of owning the famous 'Mystic Grill'.  But the supernatural know the Fell bloodline for their gift, the gift of sensing death. 

The ones blessed with the gift are called as a 'Banshee'. Over the years many from the bloodline were gifted, many of them saw the gift nothing more than a curse. 

 Aurora Fell was a regular teenager, with a single father, she never knew her mother. As everyone she thought the town she was living was just an ordinary one, she wished it to be one. Our wishes doesn't come true all the time, right? 

Enter the two mysterious brothers, one named Stefan and one Damon. They were hiding a secret that could cost some lives, the brothers are vampires. They lived over a century. And it was not the only secret they were hiding.

Aurora always preferred a trouble-free life, but with people telling that she a dead ringer for someone didn't make her life easy as she thought. She found out about the creatures of the night, even befriends them over time. 

Now she's struck between teenage drama and the secrets she wasn't meant to know.

Auroras' life contained many secrets, secrets that were forbidden to know. Secrets that her friends were hiding. Secrets her mother left behind. Secrets her father didn't want her to know. But she knew that her life wouldn't be easy if she can't unravel them.

Everyone has their own demons, demons that changes them. She meets one boy with demons, and knew one boy. One controlled his demons, while the other let his demons take control. She takes it as her responsibility to help them. But can she?
