"Hey don't meddle in something that's none of your business." The first man says as the second man lets go of Rebecca's hair and holds her arm." I said let her go." Cruz says." Did you hear him?_ he wants her for himself." The second man says." Well that's not going to happen." The first man says." I said let her go!" Cruz shouts as he lands on the first guy with blows that leaves him lying on the ground." Hey you_" The second man says as he lets go of Rebecca and punches Cruz. They fight for a while and after a few minutes both gigantic men were down.

As Cruz was driving
"Thank you." Rebecca mummers.
"What?" Cruz asks." Thank you." Rebecca says." Welcome." Cruz says focusing on the road.
"Am sorry you got hurt because of me." Rebecca says looking at Cruz's bruises." No need to be_had to make sure you got home safe." Cruz says.
"Were you following me?" Rebecca asks." Since you didn't want the ride home _ I had to make sure you got home safe." Cruz says." So you were following me?" Rebecca asks." Yes." Cruz says.
"Mmmmmh! Stop the car." Rebecca says. Cruz stops the car. Rebecca opens the door , looks out into the dark and thinks for a while then closes it.They then get caught up in traffic after a while.
"It's been 2 hours that we have been stuck in traffic. Why don't we go to my place and spend the night there _dont worry I won't do anything to you." Cruz says.
"But you are just a stranger _" Rebecca is cut short." Not really _you know my name _" Cruz says. Rebecca tries her best to say no  but Cruz manages to convince her to sleep at his place. Rebecca calls her mother and informs her that she won't be going home. Cruz takes a U-turn and drives to his house.

"You have a beautiful home." Rebecca says." Home! I don't have family _it's my house." Cruz says as they walk into the house.
"What about your family?" Rebecca asks." My family? Aha! I don't know who I am_( Cruz tells Rebecca all about his life.)_that's all about me." Am very sorry that you didn't get to meet your parents." Rebecca says. "Thanks_ now may I know something about you?" Cruz asks." Am Rebecca, seventeen years _( Rebecca tells about Cruz all about her life.)_ that's all about me.
"So that's why you came to the city?" Cruz asks.
" Yes_ am sorry to have bothered you with my troubles." Rebecca says." It's not a bother at all_ let me prepare something for you. I guess the helps are asleep already." Cruz says as he walks to the kitchen." I'll help you." Rebecca says as she follows him to the kitchen. As they cook there eyes accidentally collide and the move towards each other slowly and they kiss." Am sorry _" Cruz says as he pulls away." I didn't mean to_" Cruz is cut short.
"I_I_I_I think that _mmmmmh!" Rebecca says."I'm sorry _" Cruz says." Mmmmmh! It's just that I have never kissed before_just forget it. They take their dinner and Cruz takes Rebecca to the guest room and he walks to his bedroom.

"Why can't I sleep? Why is he all over my head? Why am I thinking of him? Why? Why? Why do I have this strange feeling in me?" Rebecca asks herself.

"Am I in love? No! It can't be_ she's a minor_ I can't be in love with her." Cruz says to himself as he combed his fingers through his hair as he lay on his bed.
