Jimin has never been the type to listen. He's a clutz, and that was a known fact amongst Heaven's courtyard. It's bad enough that he's much smaller than the other angels, therefore he couldn't be a messenger or a warrior, but considering his record with flying accidents, his opportunities at being either of those remained non-existent.
God, of course, was in no place to judge him. He created him, for fuck's sake! So when God banned Jimin from leaving the courtyard to go to Earth, unlike the other angels, he got extremely upset. He'd never been to Terra because he'd never been allowed, but now it was wintertime, and while the other angels were down there watching the children play in the snow, Jimin could only watch from afar. Not that he could see much, anyway.
"Deity, can't I please go?" A shy little Jimin spoke up, looking above to the gigantic throne that seemed to be made of stone, yet was as light and fluffy as a cloud. Nobody was sitting on the throne, but Jimin knew the deity's presence was with him.
"No, Jimin, you may not distract the other angels from their job. They're not there to play, they're there to deliver," A deep voice resonated throughout the open space, the illusion of an echo being present, even though no walls were surrounding them.
"B-But, deity-"
"End of discussion. You are small and vulnerable, and you are not to approach anything that may cause you danger. That includes Earth."
Jimin let out a frustrated little 'hmph' as he strutted away to one of the faraway ponds in the courtyard. He knew God was just trying to watch out for him, but he couldn't help but feel irritated at the fact that the other angels viewed him as 'weak', or 'less than' because of things like these.
And, as I said, Jimin has never been the type to listen. So he gathered all the courage he had in his little angel gut and made a sprint towards the pearly gates, deciding to elope and go to Earth.
Of course, it's never that easy when you're talking about God.
"What are you doing?" A lower-pitched voice than Jimin's spoke up, and Jimin thought he might just shit his pants. Or robe. Whatever.
"H-Hey, Jungkookie!" He said, glancing up at the taller man, relieved that it was someone he knew, and not that other guard, Jackson. Jackson was one of the angels who saw Jimin as a weakling. Jungkook was a guardian angel. Literally. He was one of the Gate-Guards.
"Jiminie. What are you doing?" The younger questioned again, not seeming to care for formalities or proper greetings with Jimin, even if he was younger. They were quite close, and Jimin considered the bunny-tooth boy one of his only friends in this place.
"N-Nothing. I just- I was permitted to, ya know, go to Earth?" Jimin said, and it sounded much more like a question than a reply, to his dismay. Jungkook looked skeptic but didn't doubt his Hyung, considering that God could probably see what was happening, and didn't give him an order to restrain his older friend. So, Jungkook just gave Jimin a curt nod and that was all the blonde needed to spread his wings and jump right of the-
