Shredder drives around and opens the books at the same time, letting the monsters free and go crazy.
One of the monsters that he let go is a crazy plant that took down the communication tower.
Shredder keeps releasing books, creating chaos and fire everywhere in town.
People start screaming and panicking when fires appear out of nowhere.
"The town has been invaded. Communications are down. we are talking mass chaos, and no one knows how to stop it" The voice said.
That voice is Casey Jones, who is talking to Karai.
"How about it?" He asks his partner who was doing some paperwork.
She shrugs as she continues writing down on the paper.
"You never saw that movie? Come over to my house, I'll pop the movie and we'll watch it" Casey said
"Unlike you, Casey. I do my work and hit just watch some silly movie" Karai said.
Casey was about to say something but the lights turn off.
"The powers must be out. The backup power will come up" he said.
They heard the door open and go investigate.
Casey and Karai look around but there's no one except a puppet.
"Someone left their dummy here," Casey said
"Who you calling dummy, dummy" the dummy who is the shredder.
Casey and Karai quickly take out their guns and point at shredder.
"What are you?" Karai asks, pointing the gun at him.
"Relax. I wanna say that you two are released from duty" Shredder said as three aliens come in with freeze guns
The aliens freeze Casey and Karai before they could getaway.
Police are no help now

The Hamato household.
A scratch at the door sounded and Emerald open the door to see a poodle.
"Hello. You lost?" Emerald ask.
"Let me get you some water," he said and goes back in to get the door some water.
What he didn't know is that the dog starts floating in the air.
Emerald comes back with a bowl of water but when he looked up, he drops the bowl of water after seeing the dog floating.
The poodle attacks Emerald who started screaming.
