The woman

The woman that
Hides in the
Corner of your eye
You never fully see her
But her presence consumes you
In her cloud of darkness
Hysteria and paranoia
Takes over
Once the woman that
Hides in the corner
Of your eye
Makes her presence known
She creeps behind you in the dark
She's the one who stares at you while you sleep
You know she's behind you
Yet you never look
She whispers your name
The woman in the corner of your eye
I've seen her once
I wish I never focused
You see her we all do
Promise me you'll never focus to long
In that darken corner in your room
She is the woman who lives in the corner of your eye
And
The woman who will destroy you
Never look for her
For she is behind you.
