Her face get even more red every second I don't answer her. I don't know what to say so I poke the overcooked pork chop on my plate. My moms cooking it not very good, but I eat it and tell her it is. I finally respond. " yes" I say with the most innocent eyes I could fake. My dad is the playful one, on the other hand my mom is the strictest person. In the summer I can even swim in a pool I have to 'swim' in the baby pool. Even though we have a 4 feet pool. "Leah do you think that is appropriate at the dinner table?" My moms face is red as a tomato and she has a firm tone in her voice. " hey give her a brake, I'm fine. Where just having fun. Sarah!" My dads mood when from fun to total irritated.
