The Real Life (Beau Brooks)

News from Juke.

So now I am on the other side of the school and Jai and Luke are meant to tell me something. Class has already started as well.

"What you did was cool, he deserved. But we gotta warn you" says Luke.

"He is dangerous Torie. You gotta watch out. He may not seem like it but he is." Says Jai.

They both don't seem like they're meant to be telling me this.

"You're not meant to tell me this are you?" I speak my mind.

"Nope but that's not all" says Jai who doesn't seem ok.

"He has anger issues and is in a gang. You probably heard of the blacktigers?" Asks Luke.

"No-o" I say starting to stutter. What the hell is going on.

Suddenly they burst out laughing. What the hell??!?

"Ok is this a joke! " I shout at them.

"The part about a gang is." Says Jai starting to cry from laughter.

I punch them both in the arm and their faces turn into once of pain.

"Ok back to the point. Beau has bad anger issues. That's why we brought you here as fast as possible." Luke seemed pretty serious.

"Why does he do this to me" they knew what I was on about.

"It's......complicated" says Jai.

"What's complicated about being mean to me all the time and making fun of me." I ask getting mad again.

"It's not that he doesn't like you. It's the quite opposite actually." Luke told me.

How can I even tell them apart? Oh yeah! The dot thingy on Luke's nose.

"TORIE!!" They scream.

"Why the hell are people doing this ALL FREAKING DAY!! MY EARS!! I NEED THEM." I started saying but then started shouting.

They both moved away from me.

"As I was saying he likes you a lot. He thinks you wouldn't like him."

"And that the only way he can get your attention and for you to talk to him is by being mean."

"We told them not to do it. That it won't work"

"But h-" I interrupted Luke

"OK! Stop finishing each other's sentences. My head is spinning."

I actually got really dizzy from my head going from one boy to the other and from everything I just heard from them.

The next thing I hear is Beau screaming with the girls after him. The minute he got to me and started talking.

I passed out and I feel like he caught me because I didn't feel myself fall as hard as I should.

I probably past out from the sudden amount of people suddenly coming. We are a big group ourself then add on Luke, Jai, Beau and his gang of 2 more and that was too many people already.
