5 years later

Phil's pov
Today is the day,the day I will take my role as first in command once again.

Wonder what they would think if they get my surprise...I suddenly heard one of my boy grandchildren say"Grandfather?"and beside him is his twin brother including my brother Martial"Yes?"It's time"said my brother I gave a nod in response.

We all went to the balcony where thousands of our people are waiting for my announcement my brother announced that I his brother will take over our country and their in for a surprise as I went out of the balcony I hear the crowd cheering for me and then I start my speech.

"Now that I am once again your first in command all of you must obey if not you will suffer the consequences,from this day forward nobody will come in contact with people from beyond our country we will cut ties with every country..."

"we will be hidden and cut off from the world no foreigner is to come in and come out of our country every foreigner will be contained in this land they stepped in he or she will suffer the consequences if they disobey the new rules I will establish is everything clear?"I then hear the crowd applause and see fear visible in their eyes.

I turned around to see that my grandchildren and brother made a way for me to walk and I proceeded to walk let my reign BEGIN...

Meanwhile...

America's pov
Wow...can't believe he had the balls to do that...

I wonder what would become of him and his country...probably nothing much...

I then receive a call from my brother Canada we then started a little chat"Hello?"Brother there is a meeting in U.N.'s house everyone is expected to be there"because of how serious he sounded must be important"I'll be on my way"Alright"I then called my secretary to get me an uber and I waited patiently for the uber in my office.

"Sir"I looked at the door in which my secretary was standing and nodded since I new it was the uber he must have booked because I can hear a car outside my building I then proceeded to go to the uber and tell him where I was heading and we proceeded.

5 minutes later...

U.N.'s pov
We all waited for America...then I saw the door open and see America entering and we proceeded with the important meeting I started of by saying"So...Philip has cut off ties with everyone I suppose?"I see everyone nod in agreement except for Israel.

Israel's pov
Why am I the only one-wait!WHY IS EVERYONE LOOKING AT ME!?"Israel"U.N. said which made me flinch and think'HOLY MOTHER OF THE THREE STARS ON PHILIP'S HEAD!'"Has Philip break ties with you?"I am sweating but not to make things go really embarrassing for me I answered...nervously"um...no?hehe"and gave him a smile"Strange...how come he didn't break ties with you?"he asked I just shrugged.

No one's pov
They continued the meeting on thinking what will happen without the country who always gave bright smiles to everyone then finally the meeting ended which took 3 long hours

(THE BIGGEST MOTHERF*CKING TIME SKIP)

60 years later(they are like gods here they do die but only by another countryhuman and they always look young)everyone is wondering how well Philip has been doing,everyone's been busy for the past 60 years no one has heard from Philip ever since except for Israel

Everyone always questions Israel because he still has not breaken ties with Philip and he always make sure not to tell them since that's what Philip told him but all of that will change soon

Because you see a month ago Philip told Israel that he will be returning when Israel heard that he was so surprised by it and happy

Today is the day that everyone gathered for a special meeting that Israel requested.

Israel's pov
Aaaaahhhhhh!this is it the day that I will say to everyone that Philip is returning*screaming happily*

I stopped screaming because of a knock I look infront of me and saw my secretary and he said"Their here"Let them in"I replied and cleaned myself and brushed my hair to look formal because of my little happy time

Soon countries came barging in and find their respective seats and sat quietly I then started the meeting"Alright so I guess all of you are confused on why I called for a meeting its because the meeting is about Philip he-Philip,what about him?"I was cut off by Russia who looked confused everyone turned their heads to him then back to me.

"Well its because he is coming back and can't wait to introduce to you guys some new people"everyone looked shocked and to not make this more weird I brought a bag full of the same gatches and took out 1 to show everybody and tell how it works

Everyone looked at me in confusion and amazement at the strange gadget I had"Alright can I have all of your attention.This is what Philip calls a pen in his newly formed country it transforms into a new brand of phone and a USB and he gave me a lot for each and everyone of you"everyone looked as they were amazed when I clicked the button and transform into a phone then a USB

"How was he able to create that"I heard America as he had his head laying on the table I shrugged in response since I did not know either then we all heard Russia speak"Because of us seeing that he must've been doing great!"everyone nodded in agreement but someone caught my eye China he looked angry for some reason...

China's pov
Blast it how was he able to do that I am so furious right now he will be able to take Ame away from me again...but*smirks*I thought'I will create a plan and he will never bother me nor him ever again'and laugh evily in my mind'MUAHAHAHAHA!'
