Tyler's POV
I was awoken by my phones alarm going off, I turned my phone on to look at the time only to be blinded by it brightness. After my eyes got adjusted I saw that the time was 7:23. I got up and grabbed a change of clothes and walked to the guest bathroom. I looked at my self in the mirror and saw a coward who was afraid of everything. I quickly shook the thoughts away at I start the shower. After achieving the perfect temperature I undressed my self and hopped in the hot shower, only to be stuck in my thoughts.
Lunar's POV
I was awaken by the shower running, Knowing it was Tyler I hopped out of bed and looked at alarm clock and saw 7:35am. I woke Harold up and we both walked out of my bedroom. I was looking at the walls in the poorly lit hall, seeing as the only light was from the bathroom where I know Tyler was showering. I saw a picture of my parents on the wall they looked so happy, a sadden look washed over my face. My parents where killed in a car crash last year, I was 18 so I didn't have to worry about adoption and stuff like that. Harold bugged my hand a few times to tell my it's ok and to snap out of it. I continued to walk towards the kitchen and when I got there I put food in Harolds bowl. I started to get the waffle maker out, when Tyler walked into the room. I turn to look at him but in that process I may have turned a little to hard causing to give me light head ness. Harold quickly pushed me to the ground as Tyler sat next to me making sure I was alright. "Sorry, I should have no turned around that fast." I said as I was still on the floor even though I was feeling Semi-Well.
—-Time skip after breakfast—-
Tyler's POV
After breakfast I was a little more aware then usual. After that episode in the kitchen who knows what will happen next. Lunar was laying on the couch after I forced her to take her medication. I hate forcing her to take the meds but she has to, she is worn out from the episode but without the meds he is pushing the limits of the body.
I turned the TV on to the news, " Today as of June17,2020 8:30 this morning we are telling people to stay put this is serious. The world is ending to be honest, the government is making camp sites for survivors or families. Stay out of public places and get out the the most populated cities and states. there are many cases over night of zombie like people going around. The sickness is like a zombie virus, it causes the mind to deteriorate but the body to be alive. hundreds of thousands have been infected." the TV man said in a panic rushed voice. I looked over to see Lunar drifting in and out of sleep. I turned the TV of and taped a note to her hard that I was going on a walk around the neighborhood. I left the house at 9am.
I was down to houses when someone jumped at me. The person was Mrs. Hanson she was a sweet older woman that always went to check on Lunar a lot she grabbed me away from this pale-grayish person on the sidewalk in front of me. " Mrs.Hanson what's wrong, why did you grab me like that?" I ask her with a very confused look on my face. " look I may be old but hell to the no, that's on of the infected go back to lunar or else I'll drag you my self there." She responds I looked and said "Then please stay with us Lunar would kill me if I just left you here." I looked serious she looked at me and sighed "my granddaughter is in the house, She's 5 years old I'm her Guardian please take her I'm have the disease but it takes 3 hours I'm half way though that please help her pack and take her she's all I have left don't let her die." I was shocked I nodded my head and walked i the house to see the 5-year old sitting with a picture in her hands. I walked over to her and waved I started talking, "Hi, I'm Tyler and you are going have a sleepover with me for awhile. Can we pack your bags?" She looked at me then Mrs.Hanson and took my hand and dragged me to her room.

Lunar's POV
Tyler walked in the house with a small child, I gave him a questioning look. "This is Lilly Hanson, she is going to sleepover for the next few days!" He gave me a look that said I'll tell you later I nodded my head and fell back asleep.
