The End Of The World

Lunar's POV

     I woke up with Lilly still on me, I saw that Tyler was still driving. I pulled Lilly off of my torso and sat in the passenger seat. "Hey Tyler, have you had any sleep or a break since you started to drive yesterday?" I asked not even trying to hide my concern. I looked at his face and sighed, the eyebags were evident. "Tyler pull over I'm driving for the day, you will sleep." Tyler just sighed as an answer.

    Tyler pulled over to the side of the rode and we switched and he went to the back and fell asleep. I sighed and started the van back up. Driving on the endless empty rode was scary, you would expected it to be full of cars trying to leave and get to safe spots but no.

    What if the safe spots weren't real, what if they were traps like the get healthy people and put them with the sick. I was snapped out of my thoughts and the car was beeping that the two back tires had low air pressure. Welp thats great, we are out in the middle of nowhere and we have two low tires.

    I pulled over and got out of the car. I looked at the back two tires they were cut open. What the hell who would cut open tires why just why. I stood up and turned around only to be faced with the barrel of a gun. "Whaat the hotdaga!" I muttered out in shock. I looked at the person holding the gun to my face.

      They were a female from what I can tell, Hair to the shoulders that are very curly, tanned complexion and dark brown eyes.

"Who are you and why are you on my turf!?" The female questioned with a demanding tone. "Look I don't want problems, my tires were slashed and my best friend and a child are in the car. Just please." I responded tears evident in my eyes. She just shook her head and moved the gun away, "Get them from inside and come with me we get the car later, for now you will be quarantined."

I got up off my knees and rushed to the front of the van and walked in. "Tyler wake up get the bags someone's... kidnapping us??" I shook him awake. I grabbed Harolds leash and put my backpack on. I gently lifted the sleeping Lilly into my arms. Lilly started to squirm at the sudden change of position, I stopped moving in hopes she was still asleep and she was. Tyler was next to me with his and Lillys bag.

I walked out of the bus with Harold by my side, he started to growl at the sight of the female. I quickly shushed Harold in fear of him waking Lilly and Watched Tyler slowly exit the Van. Tyler had a strong expression on but his body Language was not as strong.

The female shuddered at the sight of Harold. We started walking the dirt path in to a wooded area. While walking I felt Lilly shifting under me. "Hey Sleepyhead, you wanna walk for me? You are kinda heavy." I asked.

               I stopped and set her down and she grabbed my hand and started to stare at the female who was was walking in front of me and Tyler.
           
           The female looked back at Lilly and scowled. I sighed and realized it was going to be a long walk.
