Avani's pov:
Today is the day if the New Years party. I call Amelie because we haven't talked in a while
Av-hey Amelie, today is the NYE party
Am- I know I'm so exited
Av-when are you picking me up?
Am-at 6:30
Av-okie see u soon bebe
Am-bye
I only have 3 hours to get ready! I take a quick shower. I decided to straighten my hair. I put on some makeup and get on my outfit. Just in time Amelie texts me she is here. About 15 minutes later we arrive at the house. "Charliii" I hug her. "Uh you look amazing" she tells me "awe so do you" I compliment her back. I say hi to all my friends. I couldn't find Anthony but I knew he was here. "I'll be right back" I say to my friends. I walk into Anthony's room and I see him staring at 2 shirts. "What'cha doing?" I hug him from behind "trying to figure out what shirt to wear tonight" "I like the black one better" I whisper "black one it is" he grabs the shirt and puts it on. "Meet you down stairs" I walk out of the room. A few hours later it's 11:50 I make sure I stay close to Anthony. Before I knew it we were saying, "3,2,1...HAPPY NEW YEAR" I looked into Anthony's eyes, he brings me closer and we kiss. I smile.
Anthony's pov:
I see Avani smile after we kiss. I go in for another. "Anthony" I hear my name. "I'll be right back" I kiss her hand. "Okie"
"Yo, what do you need" I ask Jaden. "I need you to, ahem" he clears his throat "dude what" I shake him "give this to mads" he hands me a piece of paper. "Can I read it" I laugh "no, just give it to her" he pushes me. I walk towards mads, she's with Avani. "Uhh, here Mads it from Jaden not me" I give her the note. "Oh, thanks I guess." She runs off. "Babe?" I ask Avani "yea" she is still facing away from me. "You good" "um yea just my head feels dizzy." She finally turns around. I bring her to our room. "Here put this on" I hold out a hoodie. I rub her back so she falls asleep. I tiptoe back downstairs.
Avani's pov:
I wake up in Anthony's bed, but I don't know where he is. I check the time and it's 10:00 am. I roll out of bed and drag my feet downstairs. I see Anthony passed out on the couch with Jaden, Chase, and Griffin. I laugh quietly. I try to wake up Anthony but it's no use. "Yea, I couldn't wake up Griff either" Dixie shows up. We start cleaning up all the cups and confetti on the floor. "Wanna make pancakes?" I ask Dix "of course, lemme go get mads" a few moments later I see Mads walk down the stairs with Dixie. She rubs her eyes. "Morning mads" I start making the batter. "Can we add sprinkles, pwease" Mads begs me. "Go get them" I laugh.
