One year earlier...
It was Christmas now, Rainbow Dash went to the mall to find gifts for her friends.
Rainbow: What should I get my friends this year?
While she was looking around, she saw a beautiful Christmas tree in the middle of the mall, she was amazed. She took a selfie next to it.
Rainbow: I'm definitely sending this to my friends!
However, when she was leaving, her purse hit a lantern that was by the tree. It fell and caught on fire, causing the tree to burn.
?: Fire! The Christmas tree is on fire!
Rainbow Dash turned around and saw the tree burning.
Rainbow: *Gasp!* Did I do that?
She glanced around, the fire department arrived and put the tree out, all the decorations were burned.
?: Who's responsible for this?
Scared of being caught, Rainbow Dash quickly wrote a note saying:
I did it, but it was an accident. I'm really sorry.

Then, she hurried home, she ran into her room and slammed the door, she burst into tears. She felt very guilty.
Rainbow: *sob* What was I thinking? I should've been more careful! *sob*
