Your POV:
"Dad! I'm going grocery shopping!" I informed my Dad, who was currently in his room doing who knows what, while I put on my gray hoodie. Walking down the stairs, I made my way to the front door.
"Nee-chan, buy me some icecream!!" Ryan, my little brother, yelled from the living room as I pass by. He turned around from the television and tried to make puppy dog eyes. Keyword: tried.
"Eww gross, Ryan. You look ugly." I cringed and jokingly gagged.
"Ah! Rude!!" Ryan gasped, dramatically putting a hand on his chest in disbelief. "Dad! (Y/N) called me ugly!!!"
"Fine, fine. Cookies and cream?" I rolled my eyes at the annoying kid and he frantically nodded with a wide smile on his face.
Continuing my way towards the door, I put on my shoes but my other sibling called me making me halt for a second to look at the (h/c) haired man.
"Hey, (Y/N). Buy some milk while you're at it, there's only a few left." Isaac, my older brother, came out of the kitchen while holding a carton of milk, slightly shaking it, emphasizing the little amount of milk left.
He is about 5 years older than me yet he still hadn't found the right girl for him. He just says that we are enough for him which is sweet but he will eventually find the woman he will love and will bear his children one day. I mean, seriously!! Who wouldn't be attracted by my handsome bro? I am still surprised why hadn't he had any girlfriends in the past.
"Okay, anything else?" I questioned, crouching down to tie my untied shoes while looking up at him.
"Actually..." Isaac put his slender index finger on his chin, thinking. I finished tying up both my shoes as I await for my brother's answer.
"I also want icecream!" He smiled at me like a child in a candy shop wanting their parents to buy them some candy.
I sighed at both of my childish siblings, even though I, too, am childish. "Ugh...What flavor?"
"Rocky road! No wait... Chocolate!" He said, plashing a cheeky smile.
"Fine." I rolled my eyes at his childishness and begun to walk out.
"You're the best, (Y/N)! Take care!" He waved at me before going back in the kitchen.
Wait he is in the kitchen...
After realizing that, I spun around with dread in my eyes, afraid of what's to happen if he stay any longer in the kitchen.
"Dad!! Isaac's in the kitchen!"
"What!? Isaac if you burn down the house I will surely kick you out!!" Dad's voice boomed from upstairs in a scary yet humorous tone.
"D-dad! I was just making a sandwich!" Isaac came out of the kitchen and sweatdropped before he stared at me. We heard laughing in the living room making our attention turned to the laughing teen. "Shut up, Ryan!"
"Hehehe..." Smiling evilly, I waved at him before slowly closing the door.
Time skip:
Upon entering the building of the grocery shop, I was immediately greeted by one of the staff, Connie Springer.
"Good afternoon, (Y/N)!" Connie waved at me from the check out counter.
"And to you as well." I waved back at him. I grabbed a shopping cart and proceeded on my errand.
