"She thought you wanted to have sex with her?"
Taehyung was sitting on the couch eating an apple while listening very closely as Jungkook told him the story about his little mishap with Indie just an hour ago. He didn't know how to process everything or what it meant so he thought maybe Taehyung could help. So far Taehyung had proved to be pretty useless though. Only replying to him with more questions that have basically been answered already.
"I guess so. Why would she think that?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes as far back as he could without them getting stuck up in his head. "ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!?"
Without another word, Taehyung forces himself up from the couch and begins to pace back and forth over the floor. Both his thumb and his pointer finger rest upon his chin as he pretends to ponder on Jungkooks ridiculous question.
"Hmmm, Jungkook. I wonder why the girl who you are constantly flirting with, in a very impure manner If I do say so myself, would ever think you may actually want to act upon those actions."
" I wonder why the innocent baby bean who has never had sexual experiences with anyone would possibly be confused by a situation that involves a guy who is nonstop talking about handcuffs and no strings attached situations. I wonder why she would think maybe him texting her late at night could mean he wanted to hook up."
Taehyung took a step closer to his friend, leaning down to press his forehead to Jungkooks. "HMMMMMM. I WONDER JUNGKOOK."
Jungkook pushed him back with a sigh before letting himself sink lower into the couch. "Yeah okay, I get it. Maybe I shouldn't have laughed at her then huh?"
"You are just looking to completely destroy the girl's self-confidence aren't you?" Taehyung asked, slightly annoyed as he threw the apple core onto his friend.
"No I- I don't know. Im only ever joking around with her. She knows that." Jungkook replied, tossing the apple core off of his lap and into the trashcan in the kitchen with ease.
"Joking around? Now does the title of joke apply only to the mean comments you make about her or does it also tie in the sexual innuendo?" Taehyung countered.
Taehyung understood Jungkook and his ways of flirting. He was the punch a girl in the shoulder when he liked her kind of guy. Like those high school boys who would pick on girls when they liked them instead of buying her flowers and actually telling her.
It was cute, but it wasn't going to work with Indie.
Taehyung was sure she had some sort of crush on Jungkook even if she didn't notice it clearly yet but he also knew she was the type of girl who needed to be told. She could never take little signals as fact. She would need Jungkook to be straight with her. Or she would have to gain the courage to be straight with him.
