Just like a fish needs water
And a plant needs the sun
I need you
But you're gone
As if you had never existed
As if it was just a figment of my imagination
Like a question needs an answer
And a flower needs its pedals
I need you
Was it ever real?
Or has my mind been playing tricks on me?
Like the sky needs the clouds
And the moon needs the stars
I need you
Day by day
Night by night
My mind is like a TV
And i'm stuck one one channel
But once the show is over
It switches to another
Is this normal?
Is there something wrong with me?
Live a TV needs a remote
Like a baby needs its mother
And like a picture needs a meaning
I need you
And without you I feel lost
And i completely flustered
I sit here
And I write
And I think
