It was a rather peaceful Tuesday morning. Eleven days before spring started. And five days until they saw each other for the last time.

Panthea got off the bus at her station around 7:40 and walked through the park to school. Hoping she'll run into him somehow.

Since she was one of the firsts to come to the classroom she greeted everyone, sat on her spot and took out her phone.

Maybe 2 minutes after her Abijah, the little guy she was head over heels for, came in with his friend Boban. None of them even bothered to say hello to the class. They probably don't teach that at church.

Panthea, wanting to know more about the guy, decided to google his name. And just as she was about to read the meaning of it ("God is my father") her friend Rae came in.

Rae then went on a rant about how much she hates public transport and how she'll kill herself all while eating her bagel. And she was loud while doing so.

Panthea didn't understand why but it was their morning routine so she went with it.

During breakfast time a conversation started.

"So, I will kill myself right now. I can't take this anymore." Rae said while walking around the room.

"Same, but it's only Tuesday. Did you prep-" Panthea was once again cut off mid-sentence by Rae.

"What do you think, is there a higher chance of dying if I throw myself from the 3rd floor or if I jump in front of a car?"

"I don't know. But zont zo it. Zont. As I was saying, did you start studying for our physics exam tomorrow?"

"Ha! Yeah right!"

Then the bell rang and Abijah came into the class with his bag of candy.

Sweet as he is, thought Panthea to herself.

The day went on. Stolen glances and a simple question about homework being the only thing that happened between them.

Well, the only thing that happened until they got on the much-hated city bus.

"Do you maybe have the English homework written? You know, the one we have to turn in tomorrow?" Abijah asked her.

"Yes, I'll send it to you. But you probably won't get it before 6 pm today. I have religion classes this afternoon."

"Really? Well, I love religion. I think it's great! But don't forget to send it to me."

At that moment, after the gal said a word about religion, he decided that he needs to get to know her a bit better. Sure, they knew each other for almost two years but never good enough.

Maybe she is the one Sister Deborah will approve of when he brings her with him.
