Lunch came and Jungkook is debating with himself either to invite Ji Eun to eat lunch with him or not, a part of him wants to eat with her but he just can't find the guts to ask her and a part of him also want himself to eat alone just like before

He was doing good before spending his time all alone but when Ji Eun suddenly came into his life— he got used to it, feeling Ji Eun's presence near him is just so satisfying, he felt like home

"Uhm— do y-you want to uhm-" he wasn't able to finish his sentence when Ji Eun turn to him while giggling

"You're back to it again now huh? Stuttering" she said chuckling "Let's go eat lunch together" she added and stood up pulling Jungkook together with her

He on the other hand was relieved when she told him to eat together with him and he don't have to think of ways to ask her to eat with him anymore— shaking his head while smiling gently he let Ji Eun pulled him to the cafeteria

They reached cafeteria and everyone was looking at them bluntly and some are judging their hands clasp together, everyone was curious what was happening.

Ji Eun the bully and a not so kind girl with Jungkook who is nothing but a handsome boy and is very introvert is walking together to the cafeteria while their hands are clasp together

Sure, Jungkook really had a lot of admirer— too many girls have tried to get his attention but he is not just really interested as almost all the girls in their campus didn't even try again, they thought they're just wasting their time.
Ji Eun on the other hand was very pretty and has a body that all the girls envy, making the boys more attracted to her but no one even dares touching her as she already made a very bad first impression to the students by punching a guy in her first day who tried to hook up with her and for slapping a girl who is actually the girlfriend of the boy who tried to hook up with her.

Jungkook on the other hand was sweating and very nervous, first time in his whole life someone actually is holding his hand now walking through a bunch of students and their gazes are making him more nervous he gulp "Ji Eun, le-let go of my hand" he muttered

She turn to look at him, she felt rejected thinking that Jungkook must be shy or doesn't want others to see him with a school bully

She smiled bitterly "S-sorry" she let go of his hand and walk ahead. Of course who would want to walk with me holding my hand? I'm a bully a totally bitch she thought

They took their food and found a table and placed their tray of food in it and took a seat. Silence— both cannot talk the other one thinking that he did or said something so wrong while the other one was feeling so down and felt so rejected

Jungkook gulped his water and turn to look at Ji Eun eye to eye while the other one turn her gaze to Jungkook "I'm sorry if I said something wrong" he said smiling

"It's fine— of course who would want to walk with a bully? If you want to leave this table it's really okay I understand" She said smiling bitterly to him avoiding his gaze

Widening his eyes he shook his head "I didn't mean it like that y-you see I'm shy a-and everyone was lo-looking at us and I don't like that much of a-attention" he said pleadingly

He was blaming himself, he shouldn't have done that she must be really hurt.

"Oh- it's alright I understand" she said giggling "I almost forgot that you were an introvert" she added and smiled to him reassuring him that everything is okay now

He sighed and gave a smile to Ji Eun and nodded to her as he took his apple and placed it to Ji Eun's tray "I know you want that, just consider it as a peace offering" Ji Eun really likes apple because he always sees her having an apple on her backpack and eat it everywhere she wants

She let out a laugh and took a bite on the apple as they finish eating while talking and laughing— everything is okay now between them and they felt more like home with each others presence

"Do you want me to walk you home?" He asked literally slapping himself mentally, I mean he can just offer to walk her home instead of asking her.

"Oh- someone's going to f-fetch me" she said and smiled to him sadly— the feeling is back again guilt because she felt like lying to Jungkook when in fact they're just friends. Daniel is going to fetch her as they have to catch up after being far from each for a long time "Sorry but you can walk me home maybe.. uhm tomorrow?" She said smiling brightly to him

Jungkook nodded eagerly and bowed to Ji Eun "I guess I should go now? Or we should walk together downstairs?" He asked slapping himself mentally again for asking such a damn question

He have to work with his introvert self to be close with Ji Eun "You can go ahead I still have to do something Jungkook" she said as she riffled Jungkook's hair earning a blush from him "Take care and I'll see you tomorrow okay? Walk me home" she said smiling to him and he bowed to her as he wave a goodbye.

After he left— Ji Eun was left again with guilt eating her up, she don't know what's the real problem with herself. She and Jungkook were just friends and she really likes Daniel. She feel like she's playing with Jungkook's feelings, she knew something was going on but she just couldn't say it.

Facing the window— watching the students go out of the school with their friends nothing is interesting but suddenly a smile crept on her lips as she saw Jungkook heading out of the school while looking down probably back to his introvert self again, she opened the window widely and inhaled the fresh air "I don't know what you did to me Jungkook, I knew it- the first time I laid my eye on you I felt like avoiding you but here I am now getting all worked up because of you running so much in my mind lately" she sighed and closed her eyes.
