Life care hospital is one of the most prestigious & well known hospital in Mumbai. ( place & names are fictional)
As we can see, all the staff of the hospital is very busy to serve the patients in IPD, OPD & in diagnostic department etc.

Most of the patients come to this hospital because this hospital has many more advanced equipment & facilities which are not available in other general or multispeciality hospital of the mumbai.
At present, it is very hectic & regular day where all the staff is busy in their usual work. But there are few bunch of people gathered near OPD. They were looking like some bunch of goons. Nurses were trying to make them understant but they were adament to their places.
After hearing the commotion one man came there to ask what is going on.
And there he is,

Dr. Ashutosh Sharma ( 40 years old) He is administrative head of the life care hospital. He is handsome,dashing, smart, strict boss. (All the staff calles him khadoos behind his back 😂 except few people) He is married & having 6 year old daughter sarika.
He saw the bunch of people & asked to the nurse (ashutosh as ashu) Ashu:- what is going on sister??& (bit angrily) who are they??
Nurse-1:-sir, they are with the patient who got admitted few days ago. They are insisting to meet the patient but as you know that patient is in ICU, so we can not allow all of them to meet him. But they are not listening (helplessly)
Ashu:-(to that bunch of people) see, we can not allow all of you as he is very critical & for your kind information we can not allow to meet the family to the patient who is admitted into ICU as per rules.
(now i am going to use some mumbaiya bhasha to express the emotions properly)
Man-1:- aey shaney, ye kya tu angreji jhad rha hai aur tu hota kaun hai bey apun ko mana karne vala. Tu janta nhi apun ka bhai kaun hai. Tere pure hospital ko khaak me mila sakta hai. Aur vaise bhi tu hi kaun apun log ko rokne vala😠 Is hospital ka maalik lagta hai kya???
Ashu:-(smirking) vaise tumhari jankari k liye bata dun ki mai is hospital ka administrative head hoo aur me chahun to tumhe to kya tumhare bhai ko bhi yahan se niklva sakta hoo😈
Man-2:- aey shane, tu apunko aur apun k bhai ko nikalega!!!
Man-3:- kuchh zyada hi bol rhela hai ye.
Man-1:- abhi dikhata hoo ki kaun kisko nikal sakta hai aur kaun asli sher hai.
Meanwhile this man has removed his gun & pointed to the Ashutosh. All the staff got affraid due demenour of these goons. But from nowhere one strong punch came to the goon's face & that was so hard that the goon was on the floor at very next moment & his nose started bleeding.
He was none other than
Dr.Arjun Diwan (our hero😎)

Arjun saw that goon furiously with his red eyes filled with extreme anger. He hold his collar tightly. That goon got intemidated due to his aura. He was going to punch the goon again but Ashutosh stopped him in between & called the security guard to throw the goons out of the hospital. Soon, everything got normal & staff member continued their work as they were not having the wish to listen Ashutosh's daant😂.
Arjun:-(embarresed) sorry sir. Pata nhi mujhe itna gussa kyu aa gya tha. But aage se aisa kuchh na ho mai uska dhyan rakhunga. Don't worry sir.
Ashu:- are don't be embarresed. Agar tumhari jagah aur koi bhi hota to use bhi aisi situation me gussa aa jata . Aur jahan tak tumhari baat hai tum abhi stressed ho kal raat na sone ki vajah se. Tumhe kal raat rukne ki zaroorat nhi thi Arjun, ye is month me teesri baar hai ki tum yahan night shift me the. And I am worried about you because kaam zaroori hai but health se zyada nhi.🙂
Arjun:- Thanks for your concern sir, but ye aap bhi jante hai ki hum doctors ki life humari kam aur patients ki zyada hoti hai. We have to be there whenever patient needs & wherever patient needs. Aur ye aapse zyada kaun janta hai🙂
Ashu:- (smilingly)well, tumse mai baaton me kabhi nhi jeet sakta. But let me tell you one thing, i am your boss. & i am ordering you to take a day off today & rest. ( ashutosh said this last sentence strictly so arjun giggled lightly)
Arjun:- YES BOSS!!!( he saluted like army officer which made Ashutosh laugh loudly)
After completing some important work he left the hospital & sat on his cat for his way to home.
