I knocked on the door 3 times and then waited for a reply. I heard a low muttered "come in," from inside and headed in, hopping for the best.

"I'm looking for Mr. Taylor."

"You have found him."

An obviously well-fed man sat behind a chestnut colored desk with lime green eyes peering through red, wired glasses. The black buttons on his light blue dress shirt were about to pop of with the weight that they had to hold together under the fine fabric. Most of the buttons- except those at the end- were covered with a cobalt blue tie. The pants were a pair of simple, black slacks covering part of his worn-out business shoes. His head was a waxy dome with few red hairs sticking out from the back and the sides, moving down to a small, prickly goatee.

"Have a seat!," He motioned toward the empty black seat that sat in front of his desk with a smile. His voice booming around the nearly empty room. "You must be miss Crossfield."

I nodded stiffly, wanting to keep a good first impression.

Then the previous lady from the office came in holding the same folder as before and handed it to the principal.

"Thank you, Mindy!"

She then left as soon as she came. He looked through the files and typed some letters into the computer to his right side.

"Alright, so everything seems to be in order and you are ready to join our fantastic school! Here is the school rulebook and your uniform, every rule is in this book and if you have any questions at all you come talk to me. Your dormitory room is Dorm Thirteen, down hallway 2. Your roommate is Rose Burnonchavitz and I think you two will get a well nicely. It is lunch time so she should be at lunch, after that she should meet you in your dorm.," I started to gather my new possessions and sit up when he shouted, "OH!, AND I ALMOST FORGOT!," his voice shook some of the pens in a jar, "Here is your class schedule and key. Okay, you got that? You run along and go to Dorm Thirteen."
"Thank you."

I grabbed the objects that Principal Taylor gave me and headed to Dorm Thirteen.
