Ever since the moment they met, They've both been inseparable which led to an unbreakable friendship which then furthered on a hopeless romance which nothing not even their conditions can come between. They initial plan was to give away their respective organs to one another depending on which one of them kicks the bucket first but as their love grew stronger, their plan faded.
