Love. Its a pretty complicated topic. No wonder the Holy Books speak so highly of it.
The encasement of all virtues- the making of a true being, yet thoroughly stained in the streams of the fast-paced media.
Its new face, nothing like the old- a pit for the blind and bold, unlike any other seen before
Unholy Lust- its Christened name, as the origins of the tale of Love fade into obscurity.
The mere desire for passion. One driven by intimacy over commitments. The fall of man.
With the loose backing of this façade, seismic waves in the grounds of the relationships rapidly give way.
Ties and Bonds- beyond those of the physical, as these paths continue to cross.
The severing of those attachments- usually a whole lot more than the words parted; and the wounds, lasting longer than the curses muttered.
Indeed, love has taken a new form. One so different, it always drags the pure form out of the picture- so much so that, even its presence in the modern world becomes near alien to most...
and the few sane true to its origin are seen as disdainful outliers.
