"Good afternoon, team!" Clover said as he clasped his hands together.

"Good afternoon." Elm replied, her voice cheery and sweet.

Marrow noticed you sitting in the corner. He didn't say anything though, and instead focused on Clover.

His eyes drifted back to you, who sat nervously in the uncomfortable chair. You were stunning! And your eyes...so mesmerizing. Not to mention your-

"What's this meeting about, cause I've got stuff to do." Marrow asked. His voice was annoyed and his tone was sharp. The less he had to look at you the better, because you made him-

"We've got a newcomer!" Clover pointed to the corner where you sat.

"Ironwood wanted us to make sure she felt welcomed by you all."

You walked beside Clover. He turned to you and smiled. Then, he sat his large hand on your shoulder. You smiled and nodded at him.

"Hi! My name's (Y/N)." You smiled brightly at the team, but only got one smile in return.

"Nice to meet you!!" Elm shook your hand violently.

Marrows heart sunk. You were joining the team?

After the way you made him feel? The fluttering, the heat, you made him feel so distant...and he had to put up with it forever???

"Why?!" He asked.

"Marrow." Clover warned.

He rolled his eyes, but his tail wagged.

You made him want to act up.
