" Well, that's what we're supposed to say! " Banzai, the other hyena answered.
The guns of the AC130 fired, and only 1 out of the 2 pilots survived.

The pilot ejected late, but safely.
Meanwhile...
" Sir!" a dog soldier shouted, " I heard that two Hornets were shot down by a stolen AC130! "
Arthur, shocked, said, " WHO SHOT DOWN MY PILOTS?! " then he commanded, " I need every plane, on the ship, in the air, NOW! "
Meanwhile, after the hyenas boarded the ship and freed Scar...
" Listen up, troops," Commander Doggo shouted. " Doberlord has made it clear he doesn't want these terrorists getting off this ship. There's only one way off this ship, and that's through us. And there's no way they can get off."
" As soon as they' round that corner, we're gonna shoot at' em. "

The War Dogs were in an intense firefight with the hyenas.

" Guys! " Vlad said. " Let's go to the hangar! " " Leaving so soon? " Scar said. With him are Shenzi and Zira.
" Is that so? " Arthur said then he fired his M16 at them.
Shenzi fired back, but she was shot by Harriet, who was behind them.
Jake fired at Scar and Zira. When Shenzi tried waking up, Jake kicked her face.
" General Doberlord... Easy prey." When Harriet saw what's happening, she went in front of Arthur and she got shot in the shoulder blade instead.
"Get ' im Arthur" Harriet struggled to speak, then she went unconscious.
Arthur cursed at Scar, then he tried grabbing Scar's gun of his hands.
Zira tried shooting Arthur, but Jake fired his M16's grenade launcher at Zira, and she went flying like a ragdoll.
But Jake didn't realize Shenzi regained consciousness, and the next thing he heard was a gunshot and his best friend gasp.
Jake cursed and fired his second grenade so Shenzi flew off-board.
Jake went to Arthur, who was gasping for air.
" Pleas...Please t-t-take care of m-my family." Arthur said, struggling to speak. " Arthur..." Jake begged, " Please don't give up! "
" You and Lu- Lupus, m-my best friends... I-I'm S- So-Sorry. "
Arthur took his last breath and died.
Bela, who was behind, said. " I think I could save Harriet and Arthur. "
Jake cried and shouted " SCAR!!!"
Later...
Bela saved Harriet's life, but it was too late for Arthur.
