So, here's what I'm thinking.
So, Hawks is kinda in-between (( as some theories go, he's neither hero or villian, he works for both? I dunno )) Anyway. He's on a mission for the heros and somehow gets his wings crushed under something in a building that's just absolutely falling apart. Obviously he can't get out. The heros just like... Abandon him cause there's "no point in saving him". Dabi, going against his orders, goes in to save his b o y f r i e n d.
