Chapter 3

Sungjae fixed his tie and combed his hair. He ready to go to work then he remember something. He reminisced the event last night. Sooyoung who cried because he abandoned her. Ah, he almost forgot that now there was a cute creature in his house. He slowly opened Sooyoung's bedroom. There, Sooyoung who was still sleeping. Seems that she wasn't a quite type when she sleep. She already kicked her blanket and she curled on the edge of the bed.

Sungjae chuckled, "Indeed spoiled little princess."

He brushed her hair gently. He didn't want to wake her beauty sleep.

"I'm going." He said before he left and closed the door quietly.

Sooyoung woke up groggily then she looked at the clock. Geez, it was 9 am. She late again. Sungjae already gone to work at that hour.

"Aish, pabo Sooyoung. You must wake earlier." She mumbled.

She decided to take a bath and make some breakfast. After that she did a little cleaning in the house and then watched TV.

"What a boring day." She sulked.

She thought some ideas to kill the time. She was really dead bored to spend a lonely day like this. She thought of calling her friend and hang out but then she realize that she didn't have money. Well maybe a little, but that wasn't enough to buy her friend food or anything. After all, some of her friend left her after her family bankrupt. Oh no, what would she do?

"Oh! I will go to Sungjae's office and ask him to have lunch together!" She clapped her hand. Finally had some brilliant idea.

Sooyoung looked at the high building of the Big Yook Company. It was her first time visit Sungjae's office. It was huge and elegant. People could tell how rich Yook family was. She fixed her hair and her white dress. She shyly walked to receptionist.

"Good afternoon, I would like to meet Mr. Yook Sungjae." She said.

The receptionist looked at her cynically, "Do you have appointment with him?"

"Ah... Yes, yes of course." Of course she lied, "My name is Park Sooyoung."

"Okay, please wait a minute." The receptionist made a call. Maybe she confirmed whether Sooyoung really had appointment with Sungjae. She really pulled her luck. She didn't know whether she could meet him or not.

"Miss Park Sooyoung," The receptionist called, "You may go directly to his office room on 23rd floor."

Phew! Success.

"Thank you!" Sooyoung bowed and hurriedly went to elevator.

When she reached the 23rd floor, she realized that this floor was for Sungjae only. There's no one there beside his two staffs, apparently his secretary. Surprisingly, Sungjae was already there. He sat on the lounge in front of his office room. Seems that he already waiting for her.

"I never thought that you will come here. What happen?" Asked Sungjae as he walked towards Sooyoung.

"I'm sorry to disturb you. Are you busy?" Asked Sooyoung.

"Well, as usual." Sungjae shrugged, "You lied to the receptionist that you have appointment with me. Fortunately, I was talking with my secretary when receptionist called my secretary to ask whether you really have an appointment with me. My secretary nearly said that I don't have appointment with Park Sooyoung. Why so sudden? What happen?"

Sooyoung pouted, realizing that she already made a bad decision by visiting Sungjae in his office. "I... I want to have lunch with you, but if you are busy I will go home." Sooyoung was fidgeting the edge of her dress.
